Abstract
Dalam meningkatkan produksi tanaman pangan khususnya padi dan palawija pemerintah membantu petani dalam bentuk sarana untuk mengatasi keterbatasan tenaga kerja dalam pengolahan tanah, pemerintah membantu pada kelompok tani yang siap mengelola traktor tangan serta implemennya. Syarat pengelolaan Traktor berkelanjutan harus memenuhi 4 aspek antara lain aspek kebenaran teknologi, aspek lingkungan, aspek sosial, dan aspek finansial jika keempat aspek tersebut sesuai maka pengelolaan Traktor bisa dikatakan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Kabupaten malang pada 5 (lima) kelompok tani, yaitu : Kelompok Tani Podo Joyo I, Kelompok Tani Podo Joyo II, Kelompok Tani Dewi Sri, Kelompok Tani Margo Rukun I, Kelompok Tani Madu Kismo IV. Parameter penelitian yang digunakan adalah kelayakan unsur teknis dan analisis ekonominya. Pengelolaan Traktor pada kelompok tani dikatakan dapat berkembang dan berkelanjutan jika nilai Payback Period dari Traktor tersebut kurang dari umur ekonominya yaitu 5tahun Terdapat 4 kelompok tani yang bisa berkelanjutan yaitu kelompok Tani Podo Joyo I (dengan nilai R/C 1,94 dan Payback Period 1,7 tahun), Kelompok Tani Madu Kismo IV (dengan nilai R/C 1,6 dan Payback Period 2,16 tahun), Kelompok Tani Dewi Sri (dengan nilai R/C 1,46 dan Payback Period 2,99 tahun) dan Kelompok Tani Margo Rukun I (dengan nilai R/C 1,6 dan Payback Period 2,17 tahun)
English Abstract
One of the ways to achieve a sustainable agricultural development is the creation of water supply facilities for the plant. In increasing production of food crops in particular rice crops and the Government help farmers in the form of infrastructure to overcome the limitations of water and labor in the processing of land for farming, the Government helps in the Group the peasants are ready to manage Hand Tractor as well as implemennya. The terms of the management of sustainable Hand Tractor must meet 4 aspects, among others aspects of truth in technology, environmental aspects, social aspects, and the financial aspects if the appropriate aspects of the fourth then the management of the Hand Tractor could be said to be sustainable. This research was done in malang on 5 (five) farmer groups, namely: Podo Joyo I farmers group, Podo Joyo II farmers group, Dewi Sri farmers group, Margo Rukun I Alliance of farmers group And Madu Kismo farmer groups. Research parameters used are the feasibility analysis and technical elements of its economy. Management of agricultural Hand Tractor engines farmer groups said can thrive and sustainably if the value of the Payback Period of the Hand Tractor engines less than age economy that is 5 years. there are 4 farmer groups that can be sustainable farmers group Podo Joyo I (with a value of R/C 1.94 and Payback Period 1.7 years), farmers group Madu Kismo IV. (with a value of R/C and 1.6 and 2,16 -year Payback Period), Dewi Sri farmers Group (with a value of R/C 1.46 and 2,99 year Payback Period) and the farmers group Margo Rukun I (with Honey the value of R/C 1.6 and 2,17-year Payback Period).
