Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Emosi Positif dan Emosi Negatif Terhadap Altruisme Donor Organ pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran di Kota Malang.. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan dokter universitas brawijaya dan universitas muhammadiyah malang. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 175 mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan intrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang terdiri dari skala emosi dan altruisme. Skala emosi menggunakan skala Anandita (2013) yang mengadaptasi dari Watson (1988), dan skala altruisme yang dibuat oleh peneliti berdasarkan teori dari Myers (2012) yang dikaitkan dengan donor organ dan kesehatan. Berdasarkan hasil olah data dari penelitian ini diketahui nilai signifikansi positif terhadap altruisme donor organ sebesar 0,042 (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan hipotesis altertnatif diterima, yaitu terdapat peran emosi positif terhadap altruisme donor organ. Sedangkan hasil uji emosi positif terhadap altruisme donor organ sebesar 0,036 (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan hipotesis altertnatif diterima, yaitu terdapat peran emosi negatif terhadap altruisme donor organ.
English Abstract
This study is aimed to discover the role of positive emotion and negative emotion on altruism organ donor to medical students in Malang. This study focused on students of Medical Faculty in Universitas Brawijaya and Universitas Muhammadiyah in Malang. The total subjects of this study are 175 students. This study employed quantitative method with questionnaire as the instrument which consisted of emotion scale and altruism. The emotion scale for this study was applying Anindita’s scale (2013) which was adapted from Watson (1988), and the altruism scale made by the researcher based on Myers’s theory (2012) which was linked to organ donor and health. Related to the data of this study, it revealed that the significant value between positive emotion and altruism organ donation was in the amount 0,042 (p< 0,05) this shows the alternative hipothesis one is accepted. However, the significant value between negative emotion and altruism organ donor was in the amount of 0,036, this shows the alternative hipothesis two is accepted.
