Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tanggung jawab sosial internal terhadap komitmen organisasional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang mudah (convenience sampling). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan cara membagikan kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah auditor yang bekerja aktif pada Kantor Akuntan Publik tahun 2018 di Kota Malang dengan total 43 auditor. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 21.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa diversity dan employee support berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional.
English Abstract
The main objective of this study is to examine the influence of internal corporate social responsibility on organizational commitment. Using convenience sampling, 43 auditors who actively worked in audit firms in Malang city in 2018 were selected as the respondents. The data of this study were collected through questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents and were analyzed using multiple regression in SPSS 21.0. The result of this study indicates that diversity and employee support have a positive influence on organizational commitment.
