Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price to Book Value (PBV) dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 12 perusahaan sub sektor hotel, restoran, dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014-2016. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Alat uji statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Return On Equity (ROE) dan Price to Book Value (PBV) berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.
English Abstract
The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of Fundamental Factors which are Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price to Book Value (PBV) and Current Ratio (CR) on company’s stock prices. This research was conducted on 12 companies in sub sector hotel, restaurant and tourism listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016 period. The sampling technique employed is the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method employed is the multiple regression analysis model. The result indicates that ROE and PBV has a positive effect on stock prices which is consistent with the formulated hypothesis. While DER and CR have no effect on stock prices
