Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan keterkaitan yang sebenarnya apakah terdapat hubungan searah, dua arah (kausalitas), atau tidak ada hubungan sama sekali antara pengeluaran pendidikan, kesehatan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Pamekasan tahun 1999-2016. Estimasi dilakukan menggunakan uji kausalitas Toda-Yamamoto melalui program eviews 8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan searah antara pengeluaran kesehatan dimana pengeluaran kesehatan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi tetapi pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak mempengaruhi pengeluaran kesehatan. Hubungan searah juga terjadi pada pengeluaran pendidikan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dimana pertumbuhan ekonomi mempengaruhi pengeluaran pendidikan tetapi pengeluaran pendidikan tidak mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi
English Abstract
This research aims to find at the actual relationship whether there is a direct relationship, two-way (causality), or no relationship at all between the education expenditure, health expenditure and economic growth in Pamekasan regency about 1999-2016. The estimation used a test of Toda-Yamamoto causality test by eviews programs 8. The results of this research show there is a direct relationship between health expenditure where health expenditure affect economic growth but they did not affect health expenditure. The direct relationships also occur in educational expenditure and economic growth where they affects education expenditure but education expenditure did not affect economic growth.
