Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servicescape terhadap pleasure feeling pada kafe de Classe Gelato and Coffee. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 130 responden yang diambil dari populasi konsumen kafe de Classe. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan karakteristik sampel yang dipilih yaitu minimal berusia 17 tahun, dan minimal pernah melakukan pembelian paling tidak sebanyak 1 kali. Alat uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrumen penelitian berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji ketepatan model menggunakan uji f, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable servicescape yang terdiri dari ambient condition, facility aesthetic, dan layout berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pleasure feeling. Namun, terdapat variabel servicescape yaitu electric equipment dan seating comfort yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pleasure feeling.

English Abstract

The study aims at identifying the effect of servicescape on pleasure feeling at the cafe de Classe Gelato and Coffee. This explanatory research explains causal relation between the variables through hypothesis testing. This study uses 130 samples taken from the populations of visitors of the cafe de Classe Gelato and Coffee. The samples were selected using purposive sampling technique, in which the sample should be at least 17 years of age and should have visited cafe de Classe Gelato and Coffee at least once. The instrument of this research was teasted using validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. Analytical methods used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, goodness of fit through f test, and hypothesis testing through t test, which were processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study show that, variables consisting of ambient condition, facility aesthetic, and, layout significantly affect pleasure feeling. However, there are variables servicescape that is electric equipment and seating comfort that has no significant effect on the pleasure feeling
