Abstract

Otoritarian, Ketimpangan Sosial dan Tindakan Represif Negara menjadi isu yang telah ramai dibicarakan oleh masyarakat di kawasan Afrika Utara beberapa tahun terakhir. Hal inilah yang menjadi salah satu stimulus munculnya sebuah gerakan dan gelombang revolusi yang dimotori oleh Kelompok Suporter Sepak Bola Ultras yang memperjuangkan perubahan sistem pemerintahan di Mesir. Mesir menjadi salah satu negara dengan sistem pemerintahan yang otoriter dimana sering terdapat ketimpangan sosial hingga tindak represif Negara melalui aparat penegak hukum sebagai representasi kekuatan Negara di ranah publik. Masifnya pergerakan yang dimotori oleh Kelompok Suporter Sepak Bola sebgai hasil dari respon tindakan pemerintah Mesir dan juga terinspirasi dari lahirnya Revolusi di Tunisia ini yang kemudian dapat kemudian meruntuhkan rezim pemerintahan Hosni Mobarak di Mesir.

English Abstract

Authoritarian, Social Inequality and Repressive State Actions have become an issue that has been publicly discussed by communities in the North African region in recent years. This is one of the stimulus of the emergence of a social movement and revolution wave that was driven by the Ultras Football Supporters Group who fight for changes in the system of government in Egypt. Egypt became one of the countries with an authoritarian system of government where there is often a social inequality and repressive actions of the State through law enforcement agencies as a representation of the power of the State in the public sphere. The massive movements led by the Football Supporters Group resulted from the response of the Egyptian government's actions and also inspired by the rises of the Revolution in Tunisia which could subsequently undermine the regime of Hosni Mobarak's government in Egypt.
