Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-efficacy, hope dan resilience dengan kebahagiaan pada guru PAUD. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) di Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 451 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala psychological capital dengan self-efficacy 4 aitem (α=0.646), Hope 6 aitem (α=0.795), Resilience 6 aitem (α=0.760) dan skala kebahagiaan dengan 20 aitem (α=0.888). Kedua skala disusun dari model Likert. Hasil analisis Spearman’s correlation dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 20.0 didapatkan self-efficacy rxy = 0.476, dengan nilai p= 0.000 (p<0.05), Hope rxy = 0.647, dengan p= 0.000 (p<0.05) dan resilience rxy = 0.647, dengan p=0.000 (p<0.05). Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara self-efficacy, hope dan resilience dengan kebahagiaan. Semakin tinggi self-efficacy, hope dan resilience maka semakin tinggi kebahagiaan.
English Abstract
The research aims at determining the relations between self-efficacy, hope and resilience with happiness in early childhood teacher. The subject of the research is Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Teacher in Malang. The research method is quantitative correlation. The sample amounted to 451 people with accidental sampling technique. The research instrument is the psychological capital scale with self-efficacy of 4 items (α = 0.646), Hope of 6 items (α = 0.795), Resilience of 6 items (α = 0.760) and the happiness scale of 20 items (α = 0.888). Both scales were arranged by Likert models. The results of Spearman's correlation analysis with SPSS version of 20.0 software were obtained self-efficacy rxy = 0.476, with value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), Hope rxy = 0.647, with p = 0.000 (p <0.05) and resilience rxy = 0.647, with p = 0.000 (p <0.05). The results indicated that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy, hope and resilience with happiness. The higher in self-efficacy, hope and resilience, then the higher in the happiness.
