Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan struktur jejaring wacana yang terbentuk pada kebijakan pembubaran organisasi Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI). Untuk membedah struktur jejaring wacana tersebut digunakan actor network theory dan discourse coalition. Di samping itu, digunakan pula aplikasi Discourse Network Analyzer (DNA) dan Visone sebagai alat bantu analisis. Actor Network Theory memandang jejaring sebagai segala sesuatu yang ada di alam dunia ini adalah realitas yang saling berhubungan satu sama lain. Bahkan, fenomena relasional yang ada di dunia ini tidak hanya muncul pada manusia, tetapi juga pada non-manusia. Dalam penelitian ini, jejaring yang dianalisis adalah hubungan antar aktor yang terlibat dalam perdebatan wacana kebijakan pembubaran HTI. Oleh karena itu, untuk menghasilkan analisis yang tepat digunakan metode Discourse Network Analysis (DNA). Metode ini merupakan perpaduan antara social network analysis dan analisis isi. Demi hasil analisis yang lebih tajam, digunakan pula konsep analisis wacana dan semantik dalam proses pemaknaan pernyataan aktor. Wacana yang dianalisis diambil dari media daring yang tersebar luas di internet. Kurun waktu wacana yang diambil sebagai data dalam penelitian ini adalah bulan Mei – Desember 2017. Hasil analisis memunculkan tiga temuan menarik, yaitu terjadi polarisasi yang tidak terlalu kuat antara pihak pendukung dan penolak kebijakan pembubaran HTI, pihak pendukung memperoleh kemenangan gemilang dalam pertarungan wacana dengan pihak penolak kebijakan pembubaran HTI, dan dominasi wacana pihak pendukung atas pihak penolak sudah muncul sejak dalam proses translasi dalam jejaring wacana pembubaran HTI. Ketiganya menjelaskan bahwa keberhasilan kebijakan pembubaran HTI juga dipengaruhi oleh kuatnya dukungan dalam struktur jejaring wacana yang muncul ketika menanggapi kebijakan tersebut.
English Abstract
This research aims to explain the structure of discourse network formed on the dissolution policy of Hizb ut-Tahrir Indonesia (HTI). To dissect the network structure of the discourse is used the actor network theory and discourse coalition. In addition, the application is also used Discourse Network Analyzer (DNA) and Visone as a tool of analysis. Actor network theory view the network as everything that exists in the realm of this world is a reality that is interconnected with each other. Even the relational phenomena that exist in this world not only appear in humans, but also in non-humans. In this research, the network analyzed is the relationship between the actors involved in the discourse debate on the policy of HTI dissolution. Hence, to produce an appropriate analysis used the method of Discourse Network Analysis (DNA). This method is a combination of social network analysis and content analysis. For the sake of the sharper analysis results, also used the concept of discourse and semantic analysis in the process of meaning actor's statement. The discourse analyzed is taken from the widespread online media on the internet. The time period of the discourse taken as the data in this study is May - December 2017. The results of the analysis emerged three interesting findings, that is the polarization is not so strong between the supporters and the repellents of the dissolution policy of HTI, the supporters won a glorious victory in the discourse battle with the dissolution policy of HTI repellent party and supporting the discourse dominance on the repellent party has emerged since the translation process in the discourse networks of dissolution HTI. All three explained that the success of the HTI dissolution policy was also influenced by the strong backup on structure of the discourse networks that emerged in response to the policy.
