Abstract
Bentuk terjadinya proses komunikasi instruksional di ranah pendidikan anak usia dini yaitu ketika suasana proses belajar mengajar secara formal terjadi antara pengajar dengan sasaran, dimana pengajar melakukan fungsinya yaitu mendidik, dan komunikasi instruksional diterapkan dalam institusi atau lembaga formal yang memiliki fungsi-fungsi mendidik yaitu lembaga pendidikan seperti TK/PAUD dan lembaga anak usia dini yang sederajat. (Hartanti, 2012). Inilah yang dimaksud oleh Effendy (2013, h.31) “Komunikasi berfungsi sebagai information, education, dan, reaction”. Dalam memenuhi fungsi-fungsi diatas, strategi komunikasi yang terarah menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komuikasi guru Tapos “Tunas bangsa” dan TK “Dharma Wanita” Desa Jambangan diterapkan kepada muridnya dalam proses belajar mengajar anak usia dini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semiterstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi instruksional antara guru dan murid dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar anak usia dini di Tapos “Tunas bangsa” dan TK “Dharma Wanita” Desa Jambangan belum memenuhi kriteria-kriteria strategi komunikasi instruksional dengan tepat untuk pengembangan kecerdasan sosial dan emosi anak usia dini. Hal ini disebabkan adanya beberapa permasalahan yang membutuhkan perhatian khusus dari pihak dalam maupun luar sekolah. Karena penelitian ini hanya meneliti strategi komunikasi instruksional, maka diharapkan penelitian selanjutnya dapat meneliti secara mendalam proses dan pendekatan dalam komunikasi instruksional dari awal kegiatan belajar mengajar.
English Abstract
The form of the occurrence of instructional communication process in early childhood education are when the atmosphere of teaching and learning process formally occurs between teachers with student, where teachers do its function that is educate, and instructional communication applied in formal institutions or have educational functions of educational institutions such as TK / PAUD and early childhood institutions that are equal. (Hartanti, 2012). This is what Effendy (2013, p.31) "Communications serves as information, education, and, reaction". In fulfilling the above functions, directional communication strategy becomes very important. This study aims to find out how the teacher’s communication strategy of Tapos "Tunas Bangsa" and TK "Dharma Wanita" Jambangan village applied to students in the teaching and learning process of early childhood. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive with data collection method through half-structured interview, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study amounted to 6 people. The results of this study indicate that instructional communication strategies between teachers and students in early childhood learning activities in Tapos "Tunas Bangsa" and TK "Dharma Wanita" Jambangan Village have not met the criteria of instructional communication strategies appropriately for the development of social and emotional intelligence of early childhood. This is due to several issues requiring special attention from parties of both inside and outside schools. Because this study only examines instructional communication strategies, it is hoped that further research can examine in depth the process and approach in instructional communication from the beginning of teaching and learning activities.
