Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai dinamika sosial warga RT 07 Desa Nglinggis dalam menuju keteraturan sosial pasca mengalami relokasi akibat adanya pembangunan Bendungan Tugu di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Masyarakat melakukan perpindahan dan berusaha menyesuaikan diri di lingkungan tempat tinggal baru demi menuju keteraturan sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis dinamika sosial masyarakat yang dialami oleh warga RT 07 Desa Nglinggis dalam menuju keteraturan sosial pasca mengalami relokasi. Penelitian ini mengunakan teori struktural fungsional Talcott Parsons sebagai landasan dalam melakukan analisis. Parsons melihat masyarakat dikatakan stabil apabila memenuhi empat skema yakni adaptation, goal, integration, dan latency. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskiptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mengalami dinamika sosial dan melakukan penyesuaian di tempat tinggal baru sehingga membentuk sistem dan norma baru. Adaptasi yang dilakukan adalah memenuhi kebutuhan hidup dan mencari pekerjaan baru. Tujuan warga adalah mencapai kesejahteraan dan dapat menjalani kehidupan dengan teratur sebagaimana mestinya. Integrasi warga terlihat saat warga bergotong-royong membangun jalan dan melakukan pemilihan ketua RT baru. Latency terlihat dari keikutsertaan seluruh warga RT 07 Desa Nglinggis dalam setiap kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan warga desa seperti kegiatan gugur gunung, membangun jalan di lingkungan mereka serta arisan dan yasinan rutin setiap minggunya. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar menjaga kerukunan dan menghormati warga lain yang juga berpartisipasi mengikuti kegiatan.

English Abstract

This research discusses about the social dynamics of resident of RT. 07 (neighborhood) in Nglinggis Village towards the social order after the roelocation of Tugu Dam contruction in Trenggalek Regency. The residents move and adapt in the ne environment towards the social order. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the social dynamics of the residents of RT 07, Nglinggis Village towards the social order after the relocation. This research used the theory of structural functional by Talcott Parson to make the analysis. Parson saw the communities as a stabile one when they completed 4 schemes: adaptation, goal, integration, and latency. This research also used descriptive qualitative as the method. The result of this research showed that the residents experienced the social dynamics and adapted in their new environment so they formed the new systems and norms. The adaptation process carried out by fulfill l their basic need and seeking for the new jobs. Their purpose was to reach the prosperity and organized as it should. The integrity can be seen while they helped each other to built the new main road and chose the new neighborhood leader. The latency can be seen from the participation of all the RT 07 residents in Nglinggis Village in every activity in their neighborhood. They also have the purpose to respect other people while they did another activities.
