Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana organisasi islam Nahdlatul Ulama mengkonstruksi citra islam nusantara dalam berita di website nu.or.id melalui metode analisis framing. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan metode penelitian framing model Robert N. Entman. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ialah dengan dokumentasi melalui screenshot berita pada portal media online islam Nahdlatul Ulama nu.or.id bertema islam nusantara. Penemuan data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode framing Robert N. Entman yang berfokus pada seleksi isu dan penonjolan fakta lewat empat unit analisis. Define Problem, Diagnoses Causes, Make Moral Judgement, dan Treatment Recommendation. Kesimpulan berdasarkan pemilihan isu dan penonjolan aspek yaitu pendefinisian masalah (define problem) terkait masih bekum dapat diterimanya konsep islam nusantara oleh kalangan internal Nahdlatul Ulama dikarenakan adanya anggapan bahwa islam nusantara merupakan aliran baru, mazhab baru atau agama baru. Sumber masalah (diagnoses causes) berasal dari kesalapahaman mengenai konsepsi islam nusantara yang berasal dari kalangan internal Nahdlatul Ulama. Nilai moral (make moral judgement) yang tercermin ialah Nahdlatul ulama cenderung menerima pendapat dari publik internal yang menolak islam nusantara dan menyarankan untuk bertabayun atau mencari pemahaman dengan belajar kepada PBNU agar tidak salah paham terkait konsepsi islam nusantara. Penekanan penyelesaian masalah (treatment recommendation) dilakukan dengan cara meberikan penejelasa mengenai konsep islam nusantara dikemas melalui kegiatan seperti diskusi, penyuluhan, dan klarifikasi agar publiknya mengerti maksud dari konsep islam nusantara.
English Abstract
This study aims to find out how the Islamic organization Nahdlatul Ulama construct the image of Islam in the news archipelago nu.or.id via framing analysis method. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using model framing research model Robert N. Entman. Data collection techniques in research is by documentation through news screenshots on the online media portal Islamic Nahdlatul Ulama nu.or.id themed Islamic nusantara. The discovery of the data was then analyzed using Robert N. Entman framing method that focused on issue selection and protrusion of facts through four units of analysis. Define Problems, Diagnosis Causes, Make Moral Judgment, and Treatment Recommendation. Conclusions based on the selection of issues and the aspiration of the aspect of the definition of the problem (define problem) are still related to the acceptance of the concept of Islamic archipelago by the internal Nahdlatul Ulama because of the assumption that the IslaFmic archipelago is a new school, new school or new religion. The source of the problem (diagnoses causes) comes from an understanding of the Islam nusantara that comes from the internal Nahdlatul Ulama. The moral value (make moral judgment) which is reflected is Nahdlatul ulama tend to accept opinions from the internal public who reject the Islamic archipelago and suggested to bertabayun or seek understanding by learning to PBNU so as not to misunderstand the conception of Islam related archipelago. The emphasis of problem solving (treatment recommendation) is done by giving penejelasa about the concept of Islamic archipelago is packed through activities such as discussion, counseling, and clarification for the public to understand the meaning of the concept of Islam Nusantara.
