Abstract
Kecamatan Manyar ditetapkan sebagai rencana pengembangan kawasan strategis ketahanan ekonomi yaitu kawasan industri. Pengaruh negatif yang ditimbulkan kawasan industri menghasilkan Gas Rumah Kaca (GRK) CO2 dan emisi CO, jika melebihi ambang batas akan menyebabkan penurunan kualitas lingkungan salah satunya pencemaran udara. Lokasi kawasan industri Kecamatan Manyar terletak tidak jauh dari permukiman masyarakat, bahkan terdapat permukiman yang berada kurang dari batas standar minimal yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah yaitu 2 kilometer. Keadaan tersebut menimbulkan potensi pengaruh negatif lebih tinggi terhadap permukiman masyarakat yang disebabkan limbah industri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi sebaran kondisi udara, mengevaluasi gangguan pencemaran udara terhadap masyarakat dan menentukan faktorfaktor preferensi bermukim masyarakat Kecamatan Manyar di sekitar kawasan industri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis kriging, analisis statistik desriptif dan crosstab chi-square. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari kondisi udara di Kecamatan Manyar bahwa GRK CO2 memiliki konsentrasi tertinggi yaitu 703 ppm yang melebihi rata-rata konsentrasi di Indonesia, sedangkan emisi CO masih dibawah ambang batas dengan kadar sebesar 9,2 ppm. Mayoritas masyarakat memiliki anggapan pencemaran udara mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari dengan aspek gangguan pencemaran udara asap, bau, debu, dan suhu. Adanya pencemaran udara tidak menjadikan alasan masyarakat meninggalkan Kecamatan Manyar, hal ini dibuktikan bahwa kualitas udara tidak menjadi preferensi bermukim masyarakat Kecamatan Manyar. Preferensi bermukim masyarakat Kecamatan Manyar antara lain tingkat penghasilan, jarak tempat tinggal ke lokasi kerja, jarak ke lokasi pasar, kondisi jaringan air bersih.
English Abstract
Manyar Subdistrict was established as a strategic development plan of economic resilience area, which is industrial area. The negative influence caused by indusrial estates produces Greenhouse Gas (GHG), such as CO2 and CO emissions, if they exceed the thershold, it will cause a decrease in environmental quality, one of which is air pollution. The location of Manyar Subdistrict industrial area is not far from the community settlements, there are even settlements that are less than the minimum of standard limit set by government, which is 2 kilometers. This situation has higher negative effect potential on community settlements caused by industrial waste. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the distribution of air conditions, evaluate the disruption of air pollution to the community, and to determine the preference factor residing in the Manyar Subdistrict community around the industrial estate. The research method that used is quantitative with kriging analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and crosstab chi-square. The conclusions that obtained from air condition in Manyar Subdistrict is CO2 GHG has the highest concentration, 703 ppm which exceeds the average concentration in Indonesia, while CO emissions are still below the threshold, which is 9,2 ppm. The majority of people assume that air pollution disruption aspetcs interfere with daily activities, such as smoke, odor, dust, and temperature. The existence of air pollution is not the reason why people leave Manyar Subdistrict, this shows that air quality is not a preference for the resident of Manyar Subdistrict. Preference residing in Manyar Subdsitrict are income levels, distance of residence to work location, distance to market location, and condition of clean water network.
