Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh umur, pendidikan, beban tanggungan keluarga, pendapatan, jam kerja, status pernikahan, dan jaringan (network) terhadap keputusan migrasi berulang tenaga kerja wanita di kabupaten Malang. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah tenaga kerja wanita di kabupaten malang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisoner disebarkan langsung kepada tenaga kerja wanita di PPTKIS di kabupaten malang sebanyak 200 kuisoner. Metode statistic menggunakan analisis regresi logistic (binary logistic) dengan hasil pendidikan secara signifikan negatif mempengaruhi keputusan migrasi berulang tenaga kerja wanita kabupaten Malang, beban tanggungan keluarga dan jaringan (network) secara signifikan positif mempengaruhi keputusan migrasi berulang tenaga kerja wanita kabupaten Malang, sementara umur, pendapatan, jam kerja dan status pernikahan tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan migrasi berulang tenaga kerja wanita kabupaten Malang

English Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of age, education, family burden, income, working hours, marital status, and network on the decision of recurrent migration of female workers in Malang district. The sample of this study is female workers in Malang district. Data collection was carried out with questionnaires distributed directly to female workers in PPTKIS in Malang district as many as 200 questionnaires. Statistical methods using logistic regression analysis (binary logistic) with educational results significantly negatively affect the repeated migration decisions of female workers in Malang district, family dependents and networks (network) significantly positively influence the repeated migration decisions of female workers in Malang district, while age, income, working hours and marital status did not significantly affect the recurrent migration decisions of female workers in Malang district
