Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat dalam menggunakan layanan system e-filling, Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Brawijaya Malang dengan menggunakan metode survei. Peneliti memperoleh respon sebanyak 101 mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi yang menggunakan layana e-filling. Hasil pengujian untuk model SPSS adalah Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan deduktifinduktif. Dimana pendekatan ini berasal dari teori, gagasan para ahli ataupun pemahaman penelitian berdasarkan pengalamannya yang selanjutnya dikembangkan menjadi permasalahan-permasalahan dan pemecaha-pemecahan-pemecahan yang diajukan untuk mempersiapkan pembenaran (verifikasi) dalam bentuk dukungan data empiris dilapangan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dipilih karena dapat memberikan rincian yang lebih detail mengenai hal-hal ataupun permasalahan yang terjadi dalam penerapan teknologi informasi (esystem) didalam kepatuhan pajak. Hasil penelitian untuk model ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi keamanan berpengaruh negative dan persepsi kemudahan serta persepsi kegunaan kemudahan kegunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat dalam menggunakan layanan e-filling.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence user’s interest in using e-filling system service. This research was conducted in Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Brawijaya Malang by using survey method. Researchers obtained 101 response from the lecturer and academic staff of Accounting Department using efilling service. The data was analyzed using SPSS model for Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. This study is quantitative research to provide more detailed information about the problems occurred in the application of information technology (e-system) in tax compliance. The results indicate that the perception of security has a negative effect, while the perception of ease and perception of ease of use have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using e-filling service.
