Abstract
Selama hampir dua dekade terakhir, ketimpangan antara kelompok kaya dan kelompok lain di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang lebih cepat dibanding negara negara di Asia Tenggara. Kekayaan 4 orang terkaya di Indonesia sama dengan gabungan kekayaan 100 Jt orang termiskin, posisi ketimpangan Indonesia sendiri berada di posisi 6 terburuk (INFID, 2017). Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, Jumlah wirausahawan di Indonesia harus ditingkatkan. Salah satu cara peningkatan jumlah wirausahawan yaitu melalui usaha mikro kecil dan menengah. UMKM berkontribusi dalam memberi kesempatan kerja sebesar 96,99% terhadap pembentukan PDB sebesar 60,34%, di Jawa timur sendiri ketimpangan juga masih terjadi antara daerah Kota dan Kabupaten nya. Untuk itu UMKM dibutuhkan untuk menjadi motor penggerak perekonomian di Jawa Timur. Salah satu kota yang mulai menunjukan banyak potensi nya ialah kota Malang. Malang memiliki banyak sekali potensi dari mulai pertanian, perkebunan, perdagangan, hotel,industri pengolahan serta pengadaan akomodasi makan dan minum. Walaupun hanya berkontribusi sebesar 4,51% namun sektor pengadaan akomodasi makan dan minum merupakan usaha yang potensial. Hal ini ditandai oleh keberadaan nya mencapai 27.654 usaha dari 119.115 UMKM. Salah satu usaha yang potensial dari pengadaan akomodasi makan dan minuman ialah bisnis kedai kopi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada UMKM kedai kopi mikro dan kecil dengan aset antara 0-500 Jt dan kedai kopi yang mengolah biji kopi menjadi minuman kopi.Teknik sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel penelitian adalah pengusaha UMKM Kedai Kopi sebanyak 50 responden berdasarkan teori Roscoe. Variabel bebas diturunkan dari setiap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan menurut teori produksi dan teori human capital yaitu variabel modal (X1), lama pendidikan formal (X2), Jumlah Tenaga Kerja (X3), Lama Usaha (X4). Sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu Pendapatan UMKM Kedai Kopi (Y). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasidan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Modal (X1) lama pendiidkan formal (X2) dan Jumlah Tenaga Kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan UMKM Kedia kopi (Y). Kemudian variabel Lama Usaha (X4) tidak berpengaruh signifkan terhadap pendapatan UMKM Kedai Kopi (Y) di Kota Malang.
English Abstract
Over the past two decades, inequality between wealthy groups and other groups in Indonesia has experienced a faster increase than countries in Southeast Asia. The wealth of the 4 richest people in Indonesia is the same as the combined wealth of 100 million of the poorest people, the position of Indonesia's inequality itself is in the 6th worst position (INFID, 2017). To overcome this problem, the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia must be increased. One way to increase the number of entrepreneurs is through small and medium micro businesses. MSMEs contribute to providing employment opportunities of 96.99% of the formation of GDP of 60.34%, in East Java itself inequality also still occurs between the City and Regency regions. For this reason, MSMEs are needed to be the driving force of the economy in East Java. One city that starts to show a lot of potential is the city of Malang. Malang has a lot of potential starting from agriculture, plantations, trade, hotels, processing industries and the provision of accommodation to eat and drink. Even though it only contributes 4.51%, the sector of providing food and drink accommodation is a potential business. This was marked by its presence reaching 27,654 businesses from 119,115 MSMEs. One potential business from the provision of food and beverage accommodation is the coffee shop business. This study focuses on micro, small and micro-scale MSMEs with assets between 0-500 million and coffee shops that process coffee beans into coffee drinks. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method with a sample of researches is Kedai Kopi SMEs as many as 50 respondents based on Roscoe's theory. The independent variable is derived from each of the factors that influence income according to production theory and human capital theory, namely the variable capital (X1), the length of formal education (X2), the amount of labor (X3), the length of business (X4). While the dependent variable is the UMKM Revenue of Coffee Shop (Y). Data analysis techniques using multipleregression analysis using classi fi cation assumptions and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the variable capital (X1) of the formal education period (X2) and the amount of labor (X3) had a significant effect on the UMKM income of coffee (Y). Then the Business Duration variable (X4) has no significant effect on the revenue of the Coffee Shop (Y) UMKM in Malang City
