Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat tentang Kinerja Accout Representative pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kota Batu. Masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimana kinerja Account Representative pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kota Batu dan Faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja Account Representative. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, serta menggunakan teori administrasi publik, teori manajemen publik, teori kinerja, dan Account Representative.Fokusnya adalah Kinerja Account Representative pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kota Batu dikaitkan dengan Indikator Kinerja dan Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja Account Representative pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kota Batu. Lokasi Penelitian adalah Kota Batu dengan situs Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kota Batu. Sumber data berasal dari sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan peneliti sebagai instrument utama. Sedangkan data yang diperoleh dianalisa menggunakan model analisa data Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam Kinerja Account Representative pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kota Batu sudah dapat dikatakan cukup baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil fokus bahwasanya kualitas kinerja Account Representative, ketepatan waktu Account Representative, inisiatif Account Representative,kemampuan Account Representative,dan komunikasi antara Account Representative sudah baik.Dan hasil temuan peneliti bahwa keseluruhan Kinerja Account Representative pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kota Batu sudah baik dan akan selalu ada evaluasi sehingga akan lebih maksimal. Untuk peningkatan kinerja Account Representative sudah bagus dan diusahakan untuk selalu stabil dan ditingkatkan. Sedangkan untuk faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja Account Representative terdiri dari faktor internal dan eksternal yaitu faktor individu dan faktor lingkungan organisasi, kedua faktor ini mempengaruhi kinerja Account Representative, namun tidak menimbulkan dampak yang buruk.

English Abstract

This research raised about the Account Representative performance at tax prestigious service office in Batu. The issu raised concerns to how Account Representative performance at tax prestigious service office and factors affecting the performance of Account Representative at the tax prestigious service office in Batu. The researcher using descriptive research with qualitative approach, using theory of public administration, management public theory, Perfomance theory, and Account Representative. Which focuses is the Account Representative performance at tax prestigious service office in Batu linked to performance indicators and factors affecting the performance of Account Representative at the tax prestigious service office in Batu. The research location is in Batu, with the sites is in the tax prestigious service office in Batu. The source of data which from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques conducted by interview result, observation and documentation with using researchers as the main instrument. While the data obtained were analysed by Miles and Huberman model. The research result showing that the Account Representative performance at tax prestigious service office in Batu already be quite good which look at the result of the focus that the quality of work of Account Representative, promptnees of Account Representative. Initiative of Account Representative,capability of Account Representative, and communication of Account Representative is already good. And the researcher findings about almost all of the Account Representative performance at tax prestigious service office in Batu is already good and there is always an evaluation so it that will be more leverage. For improvement of the Account Representative performance at tax prestigious service office is already good and cultivated always stable and improved. While the factors that influence the Account Representative performance consist of the internal factor and external namely individual factors and environmental of the organization factors, both of this factors affect the performance of Account Representative, but does not cause bad impact.
