Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan mengingat pentingnya pengaruh dari ease of doing business dan business confidence yang dapat mempengaruhi global competitiveness index. Ease of doing business perlu diperhatikan sebagai salah satu pertimbangan melakukan investasi mengingat kemudahan berbisnis pada setiap negara berbedabeda Ease of doing business yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah indeks kemudahan berbisnis yang diukur dengan indikator seperti: getting credit, getting electricity, resolving insolvency, protecting minority investor, starting a business, dealing with construction permit, registering property, paying taxes, enforcing contract, dan trading across border. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tiga negara yang masuk yaitu Negara Amerika Serikat, China, dan Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh ease of doing business terhadap business confidence, mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh ease of doing business terhadap global competitiveness index, mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh business confidence terhadap global competitveness index. Hasil penelitian pada Negara Amerika Serikat menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara ease of doing business dengan business confidence, terdapat pengaruh antara ease of doing business dengan global competitiveness index, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara business confidence dengan global competitiveness index. Hasil penelitian pada Negara China menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara ease of doing business dengan business confidence, terdapat pengaruh antara ease of doing business dengan global competitiveness index, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara business confidence dengan global competitiveness index. Hasil penelitian pada Negara Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara ease of doing business dengan business confidence, terdapat pengaruh antara ease of doing business dengan global competitiveness index, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara business confidence dengan global competitiveness index.
English Abstract
Research is done given the importance of ease of doing business and business confidence that can affect the global competitiveness index. The ease of doing business needs to be noticed as one of the actions of investment, considering the business level of each country is different. The ease of doing business as mentioned in this research is the index that measure the level of business with these indicators: getting credit, getting electricity, resolving insolvency, protecting minority investor, starting a business, dealing with construction permit, registering property, paying taxes, enforcing contract, and trading across border. This research was conducted on three countries that included in the top four ranking of the world's largest population, namely the United States of America, China, and Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to know and explain the ease of doing business to business confidence, to know and explain the ease of doing business against global competitiveness index, the last is to know and explain the influence of business confidence on global competition index. The results of research in United States indicate that there is no influence between ease of doing business with business confidence and business confidence with global competitiveness index. But, there is an influence between ease of doing business with global competitiveness index. The result of research in China shows that there is no influence between ease of doing business with business confidence and business confidence with global competitiveness index. But, there is an influence between ease of doing business with global competitiveness index, and there is no influence between The result of the research in Indonesia shows that there is no influence between ease of doing business with business confidence and business confidence with global competitiveness index. But, there is an influence between ease of doing business with global competitiveness index.
