Abstract
PPPA Daarul Qur’an (DAQU) merupakan sebuah lembaga pengelola sedekah yang berkhidmad pada pembangunan masyarakat berbasis tahfizhul Qur'an yang dikelola secara profesional dan akuntabel. DAQU Malang salah satu cabangnya menginginkan perbaikan pada situs web yang dimiliki baik dalam segi tampilan, struktur informasi dan tambahan fitur laporan sedekah yang dikelola untuk mendapatkan kredibilitas yang lebih baik. Metode Goal Directed Design dapat memberikan solusi untuk menghasilkan rancangan situs web yang sesuai dengan tujuan pengguna. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan menghasilkan rancangan situs web DAQU Malang dengan menggunakan metode Goal Directed Design. Dalam penerapannya, metode Goal Directed Design memiliki enam tahapan. Diawali dengan tahap research untuk mendapatkan seluruh kebutuhan dan kondisi yang diinginkan oleh stakeholder maupun pengguna dalam bentuk statement of work. Tahap modelling menghasilkan persona yang menggambarkan kelompok stakeholder dan pengguna umum yang berisi 6 variabel. Tahap requirement definition, memetakan kebutuhan dan gambaran pengguna menjadi kebutuhan situs web dan lingkungannya dalam bentuk tabel dekskriptif kebutuhan dan domain situs sejumlah 25. Tahap design framework menghasilkan rancangan struktur informasi berupa hierarchical task analysis berdasarkan card sorting dan antarmuka situs web berupa wireframe. Tahap design refinement, menyempurnakan rancangan antarmuka menjadi purwarupa dalam bentuk prototype hi-fi dan siap untuk diuji. Tahap design support, menjalankan evaluasi pengujian secara kualitatif dengan user testing yang menghasilkan feedback dengan nilai positif (kelebihan) dalam hasil tampilan dan nilai negatif (kekurangan) dengan kurangnya rancangan struktur informasi yang dihasilkan. Pada tahap ini juga dilakukan pengujian secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner SUPR-Q. Hasil kuesioner ini memberikan aspek penilaian usability, credibility, appearance dan loyalty dengan keseluruhan aspek bernilai 74,57% yang berarti bernilai baik dan dapat diterima (acceptable). Sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa situs web yang dikembangkan secara keseluruhan dapat diterima dan dinilai baik oleh para responden yang mewakili pengguna donatur maupun nondonatur.
English Abstract
PPPA Daarul Qur'an (DAQU) is a charitable institution that professionally and accountably organizes an establishment for people based on tahfizhul Qur'an. DAQU Malang as one of its branch office wants improvements to their website in aspects of appearance, information structure, as well as the addition of charity reports features to gain better credibility. Goal-Directed Design method offers a solution for designing website that suits with user's goal itself. Therefore, this research objective is to generate design of DAQU Malang website by using Goal- Directed Design method. The Goal-Directed Design method has six phases within its application. Starting with research phase for collecting all the needs and conditions desired by stakeholders and users which formed into statement of work. Followed by modeling phase to produce persona describing a group of stakeholder and user within 6 variables. Next, requirement definition phase mapping all the needs and user descriptions into the needs of the website and its environment in descriptive table form and 25 web domains. Then, design framework that generates the design of information structure into hierarchical task analysis based on card sorting and produces wireframe as the website interface. Next, design refinement phase refining of interface design as prototype hi-fi and ready to be tested. Lastly, design support phase that practice a qualitative test evaluation with user testing method that can generate feedback with positive values in the appearance results and negative values that information structure has still lack of content. At this design support phase, quantitative testing has also be done by using the SUPR-Q questionnaire. The result of this questionnaire gives usability, credibility, appearance and loyalty with value 74,57% of all aspect. Therefore, this result can be interpreted that overall developed website had been good value and acceptable by the respondents that representing the donor and non-donor users.
