Abstract
Desa Sidomulyo merupakan kawasan pengembangan desa wisata oleh Kota batu yang menerapkan konsep Community Based Tourism (CBT) yang menonjolkan wisata bunga potong dan tanaman hias yang hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai objek wisata. Pemahaman yang masih rendah terhadap manfaat rekreasi sebuah obyek wisata alam, disertai belum adanya penilaian ekonomi secara kuantitatif, telah menyebabkan terjadinya alokasi modal (investasi) yang kurang optimum dalam pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam (Darusman, 1991). Padahal, Desa Sidomulyo merupakan salah satu penyumbang pendapatan daerah Kota Batu yang mendatangkan wisatawan. Oleh karenanya keadaan seperti ini harus segera diperbaiki agar kesalahan-kesalahan dalam perencanaan pengalokasian sumberdaya alam dan modal menjadi tepat guna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah: (1) Mengetahui karakteristik wisatawan dan penilaian wisatawan terhadap Desa Wisata Bunga Potong Sidomulyo, Kecamatan Batu, Kota Batu, Malang, (2) Mengetahui nilai ekonomi yang dihasilkan oleh Desa Wisata Bunga Potong Sidomulyo, Kecamatan Batu, Kota Batu dengan menggunakan metode biaya perjalanan, (3) Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan kunjungan wisatawan terhadap Desa Wisata Bunga Potong Sidomulyo. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda , uji asumsi klasik dan metode Travel Cost Method. Pengambilan sampel responden yang digunakan untuk penelitian adalah menggunakan linier time function. Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan linear time function dapat dilakukan bila jumlah populasinya tidak diketahui secara pasti. Sehingga tidak dapat ditentukan jumlah sampel yang terlibat dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini dilanjukan dengan melakukan perhitungan valuasi ekonomi dengan menggunakan perhitungan surplus konsumen untuk mengetahui keuntungan yang didapatkan perindividu dalam sekali kunjungan ke Desa Wisata Bunga Potong Sidomulyo.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari uji regresi linier berganda menggunakan variabel bebas, yaitu biaya perjalanan ke Desa Wisata Bunga Potong Sidomulyo, biaya perjalanan ke tempat wisata lain ( Wisata Petik Apel Bumiaji), usia, pendapatan dan jarak tempuh berpengaruh secara statistik terhadap permintaan kunjungan wisata. Sedangkan variabel bebas yang tidak memiliki pengaruh secara statistik adalah variabel pendidikan, pengalaman berkunjung dan jenis kelamin. Selanjutnya diketahui bahwa nilai ekonomi dari Desa Wisata Bunga Potong Sidomulyo adalah sebesar Rp 915.079.680,- per tahun. Nilai keuntungan yang diperoleh konsumen dalam satu kali kunjungan menggunakan pendekatan metode biaya perjalanan adalah sebesar Rp 207.306,- atau nilai surplus konsumen Rp 622.080,- dalam satu tahun.
English Abstract
Sidomulyo Village is a tourism village development area by Batu City which applies the concept of Community Based Tourism (CBT) which emphasizes cut flowers and ornamental plants that are only used as tourist attractions. Because of low understanding about the benefits of recreation a natural tourism object, along with the absence of quantitative economic assessments, has led to a less than optimal allocation of capital (investment) in the use of natural resources (Darusman, 1991). In fact, Sidomulyo Village is one of the contributors to the revenue of Batu City which brings tourists. Therefore these conditions must be corrected immediately so that mistakes in the planning of natural resource and capital allocation are effective. The purpose of this study are: (1) To determine tourist characteristics and rating of tourists to the Bunga Potong Sidomulyo Tourism Village, Batu District, Batu City, Malang, (2) Knowing the economic value generated by the Bunga Potong Sidomulyo Tourism Village, Batu District, Batu City by using the travel costs method approach, (3) Knowing factors that affect the demand for tourist visits to Sidomulyo Cut Flower Tourism Village. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test and Travel Cost Method. Sampling of respondents used for research is using a linear time function. Sampling based on linear time function can be done if the population is not known with certainty. So that the number of samples involved in the study cannot be determined. This research was carried out by calculating economic valuations using consumer surplus calculations to determine the benefits obtained by individuals in one visit to the Sidomulyo Cut Flower Tourism Village. The results showed that the results of multiple linear regression tests using independent variables, namely the cost of travel to the Sidomulyo Cut Flower Tourism Village, the cost of travel to other tourist attractions (Bumiaji Apple Picking Tourism), age, income and distance traveled statistically affect the demand for tourist visits . While the independent variables that have no statistical influence are variables of education, visiting experience and gender. Furthermore, it is known that the economic value of Sidomulyo Cut Flower Tourism Village is Rp. 915,079,680 per year. The value of profits obtained by consumers in one visit using the travel cost method approach is Rp 207,306, - or the consumer surplus value Rp 622,080, - in one year.
