Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis langkah Indonesia pasca meratifikasi Paris Agreement dalam hal menurunkan emisi gas rumah kaca yang tercantum dalam Undang-Undang No.16 tahun 2016 tentang Persetujuan Paris atas Konvensi Kerangka Kerja Perserikatan Bangsa-bangsa Mengenai Perubahan Iklim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu yuridis normatif. Jenis bahan hukum yang digunakan ada 2(dua) jenis yaitu bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder, bahan hukum primer diperoleh dari hasil penelitian menggunakan Undang-undang nomor 16 tahun 2016 tentang Persetujuan Paris atas Konvensi Kerangka Kerja PBB Mengenai Perubahan Iklim. Sedangkan jenis data sekunder diperoleh dari data kepustakaan berupa buku literature, jurnal dan penelitian terdahulu yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Langkahlangkah yang akan dilakukan Indonesia dalam kemajuan pembangunan negara antara lain adanya regulasi UU Nomor 32 tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (UU PPLH), Undang-undang Nomor 31 tahun 2009 tentang Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika, Rencana Aksi Nasional tentang Perubahan Iklim, National Communicaion, dan restorasi gambut
English Abstract
This research aimed to analyze the steps Indonesia ratified the Paris post-war Agreement in terms of lowering greenhouse gas emissions set forth in Act No. 16 of the year 2016 about Approval of Paris over the framework Convention The United Nations on climate change. The research method used the juridical normative.
