Abstract
Penelitian ini dititikberatkan pada permasalahan yang dilatarbelakangi oleh pencemaran sungai Badek di kelurahan Ciptomulyo Kecamatan Sukun Kota Malang oleh pabrik kulit PT. USAHA LOKA. Oleh karenanya penulis merumuskan model penyelesaian sengketa lingkungan hidup antara pabrik kulit PT. USAHA LOKA dengan masyarakat Ciptomulyo selama ini telah dilakukan dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menghambat penyelesaian sengketa lingkungan hidup antara pabrik kulit PT. USAHA LOKA dengan masyarakat Ciptomulyo. Penelitian skripsi ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris dengan metode pendekatan Yuridis Sosiologis. Lokasi penelitian yakni di Kelurahan Ciptomulyo.
English Abstract
The research placed on problems that effected by the pollution of the river Badek Ciptomulyo Sub-district in kelurahan Breadfruit Malang by skin factory of PT. USAHA LOKA. Therefore the author to formulate a model of the environmental dispute resolution between the skin factory of PT. USAHA LOKA with the community Ciptomulyo as long as this has been done and what are the factors that inhibit the settlement of environmental disputes between the skin factory of PT. USAHA LOKA with community Ciptomulyo. This thesis research using empirical juridical method with the Juridical Sociological approach method. The location of the research, which is in the village Ciptomulyo.
