Saputra, Tri (2018) Identifikasi Ekspresi Transforming Growth Factor (Tgf Β) Reseptor Dan Gambaran Histopatologi Ovarium Kasus Hipofungsi Ovarium Pada Kambing Peranakan Etawa (Pe). Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
Reproductive failure or infertility of the goat is often experienced with failed hormonal reproductive function. One form of hormonal disturbances toward the animal's reproductive females is hypofunction ovary disorder marked by folliculogenesis. TGF β Receptor in the ovary has functioned to helps the process of folliculogenesis. This study aims to compare the expression TGF β receptor and ovarian histopathology description on goats from hypofunction group and normal group. The samples were 10 samples of normal ovaries and 10 samples from ovarian hypofunction in PE goats with 8-10 months. The samples were obtained from the Slaughterhouse Animals. Methods were the ovaries washed with NaCl then placed into a pot containing 10% formalin. TGF β receptor is observed by Immunohistochemical staining and analyzed by ImmunoRatio. The results showed the presence of TGF β receptors in preantral and antral follicles in normal PE goats, whereas in hypofunctional PE goats there was a decrease in preantral follicles. On normal PE goat histopathology picture shows the development of preantral and antral follicles, whereas in the ovary the hypofunction only produces preantral follicles. In the histopathologic ovaries, PE showed the development of preantral and antral follicles, whereas in the hipofunction ovary only preantral follicles were formed. The conclusion of this research is expression of Transforming Growth Factor β (TGF β) receptor in normal ovaries with higher percentage compared with hypofunctional ovaries, histopathological observation of follicles is better in normal ovaries than in hypofunction ovaries
