Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, kepribadian dan budaya organisasi terhadap OCB serta dampaknya pada kinerja pegawai. Secara teoritis penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya dan melengkapi khasanah ilmu pengetahuan dibidang perilaku organisasi dan manajemen sumber daya manusia, sehingga dapat bermanfaat pada pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan praktisi. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional, kepribadian dan budaya organisasi, OCB serta kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara se Jawa Timur, sebanyak 586 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah proporsional simple random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 190 orang pegawai Analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Model/SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Wilayah Jawa Timur, (2) kepercayaan pada pimpinan berpengaruh signifikan dapat memperkuat hubungan antara kepemimpinan dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Wilayah Jawa Timur, (3) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Wilayah Jawa Timur, (4) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Wilayah Jawa Timur, (5) kepribadian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Wilayah Jawa Timur,(6) budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Wilayah Jawa Timur, (7) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Wilayah Jawa Timur.

English Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of the style of leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, personality and culture of the organization toward OCB and their effects on the performance of employees. Theoretically this study is expected to enrich and complement the repertoire of knowledge in the field of organizational behavior and Human Resource Management, thus it can give benefits to the development of science and practitioners. Variables used in this study include job satisfaction, organizational commitment, personality and culture of the organization toward OCB and their effects on the performance of employees. The population of this study was all employees of State Treasury Services Office in East Java, as many as 586 people. The sampling technique was taken using Proportional random sampling. The sample in this study is amounted to 190 employees. Statistical analysis used to test the hypothesis is Structural Equation Models (SEM). The results of the study showed that (1) the style of leadership significantly influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of State Treasury Services Office in East Java, (2) trust in leader can significantly strengthens the relationship between leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of the employees of State Treasury Services Office in East Java, (3) commitment significantly influences the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of State Treasury Services Office in East Java, (4) job satisfaction significantly influences the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of State Treasury Services Office in East Java, (5) personality significantly influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of State Treasury Services Office in East Java, (6) organizational culture does not significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of State Treasury Services Office in East Java, (7) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) significantly influences the performance of the employees of State Treasury Service office in East Java.
