Abstract
Tujuan penelitian adalah: 1) Menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan secara langsung terhadap organisasi pembelajar ( systems thinking , personal mastery , building mental models , shared vision dan team learning ).; 2) Menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan secara langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi; 3) Menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh organisasi pembelajar ( systems thinking , personal mastery , building mental models , shared vision dan team learning ) secara langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi; 4) Menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui organisasi pembelajar ( systems thinking , personal mastery , building mental models , shared vision dan team learning ). Responden penelitian ini adalah komponen anggota Direktorat IV/Tindak Pidana Narkoba dan Kejahatan Terorganisir BARESKRIM POLRI yang berjumlah 167 personil. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis path. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Budaya organisasi memiliki peranan mendukung organisasi pembelajar; 2) Kepemimpinan memiliki peranan mendukung organisasi pembelajar; 3) Budaya organisasi tidak memiliki peranan mendukung kinerja organisasi; 4) Kepemimpinan tidak memiliki peranan mendukung kinerja organisasi; 5) Organisasi pembelajar memiliki peranan mendukung kinerja Organisasi; 6) Organsasi pembelajar berperan sebagai mediator pengaruh budaya organisasi dengan kinerja organisasi; 7) Organsiasi pembelajar berperan sebagai mediator kepemimpinan dengan kinerja organisasi.
English Abstract
This research aims at: 1) Examining and explaining the direct influence of organizational culture and leadership to learning organization (systems thinking, personal mastery, building mental models, shared vision and team learning); 2) Analyzing and clarifying the straight influnce of organizational culture and leadership to organizational performance; 3) Investigating and defining the undeviating influence of learning organization (systems thinking, personal mastery, building mental models, shared vision and team learning) to organizational performance; 4) Studying and justifying the indirect influence of organizational culture and leadership to organizational performance through learning organization (systems thinking, personal mastery, building mental models, shared vision and team learning). The sample of this were 167 officiers in Directorate IV / Drug Crime and Organized Crime BARESKRIM POLRI. The method of data analysis applied was path analysis. The results of the reasearch show: 1) Organizational culture takes a significant role in learning organization, 2) Leadership obvious influence to learning organization; 3) Organization cultural take no role in organizational performance; 4) Leadership does not have any influnce to organizational performance; 5) Learning organization takes an important part in organizational performance; 6) Learning organization takes a role as medium of the influnce of organization culture and organizational performance; 7) Learning organization functions as the medium for leadership and organizational performance.
