Abstract
Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses evolusi kepemimpinan kyai di pondok pesantren salafiyah Lirboyo Kediri. Selanjutnya dijabarkan untuk Mengungkap memahami pengalaman kyai atau pengasuh pondok yang terkait dengan faktor penyebab yang mendorong kyai untuk tetap mempertahan salafiyah di pondok pesantren Lirboyo Kediri. Mengungkap dan memahami tujuan pengembangan pondok pesantren yang mendorong kyai berevolusi untuk menjawab tantangan kemajuan jaman di pondok pesantren Lirboyo Kediri, dan mengungkap dan memahami nilai-nilai karakter yang mengkristal dan menjadi model kepemimpinan kyai pondok pesantren Lirboyo Kediri. Situasi dan kondisi masyarakat mendorong Pendiri Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo melestarikan ajaran Salafiyah yaitu dengan berkurangnya rasa aman dan nyaman di lingkungan Kediri mengingat banyaknya perampokan dan kriminalitas, krisis moral mulai memprihatinkan, munculnya paham komunis, munculnya paham non Ahlu sunnah Waljamaah, munculnya fenomena masyarakat yang mementingkan ilmu umum dari pada ilmu agama dan pendangkalan wawasan kitab kuning. Seiring dengan regenerasi pengasuh PP Lirboyo sekarang ini telah melakukan evolusi kepemimpinan dengan semakin bertambahnya jumlah santri sehingga tidak mungkin kyai memimpin pondok pesantren seorang diri, oleh karenanya perlunya pembantu kyai atau badal kyai dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran dan perlunya membentuk sistem organisasi pondok sebagai pelayan santri, perlunya menambah sarana dan prasarana penunjang pembelajaran ketrampilan, ingin mengikis image santri pesantren adalah anak buangan yang nakal dan kriminal dengan adanya kebutuhan akses teknologi serta adanya santri alumni yang ingin mendaftar di pendidikan formal. Model kepemimpinan di PP Lirboyo generasi pertama mengimplementasikan bentuk kepemimpinan karismatik individualitas generasi kedua mengimplementasikan kepemimpinan bercorak karismatik kolektifitas, sedangkan generasi ketiga dengan kepemimpinan karismatik individual kolektifitas.
English Abstract
The focus of this study is to describe the evolution of the leadership of clerics in Kediri Lirboyo salafiyah cottage . Hereinafter described to Uncover understand clerics or caregiver cottage experience related to causal factors that encourage clerics to retain salafiyah to boarding school in Kediri Lirboyo . Uncover and understand the purpose of the boarding school that encourages the development of clerics evolved to meet the challenges of the progress of time in boarding school in Kediri Lirboyo , and uncover and understand the values and character that crystallized into a leadership model clerics Lirboyo boarding school in Kediri . The situation and condition of the people pushing Founder Boarding School Lirboyo Salafi doctrine is to preserve the security and comfort reduction in the number of robberies and remember Kediri criminality , moral crisis began to concern , the rise of communism , the rise of non Ahlu Sunnah Waljamaah , the emergence of the phenomenon of people who are concerned with science general of the religious knowledge more and insight silting yellow book . Along with caregivers PP regeneration Lirboyo at present leadership has done a leadership evolution with the increasing number of students that may not lead the boarding school clerics alone , hence the need for helper or substitute Kyai in the process of learning and the need to establish the lodge as a servant of organizational systems students , the need for add facilities and infrastructure supporting the learning of skills , boarding school students want to erode the image that they are naughty children and criminal outcast with the need for access to technology and the presence of alumni students who wish to enroll in formal education . PP Lirboyo leadership model in the first generation implement of charismatic forms of leadership individuality, the second generation patterned implements charismatic leadership collectivity, while the third generation with the leadership of the charismatic individual collectivity
