Abstract

Dalam menentukan model regresi variable yang digunakan adalah :jumlah karyawan, jumlah mahasiswa, dan jumlah dosen. Oleh Karena itu model regresi yang ditetapkan, adalah dimana variabel ; X1: jumlah karyawan, X2 : jumlah mahasiswa, X3 : jumlah dosen, Y1 : SRP Motor, Y2 : SRP Mobil. Model yang didapatkan dari analisa regresi linier berganda adalah : Y1 = 132,437 + 0.068 X2 memiliki nilai R2 0.780. menunjukkan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu satuan atas variabel X2, akan mempengaruhi Ysebesar 0,068. Koefisien determinasi yang dihasilkan menunjukkan nilai 0,068. Hal ini berarti variabel jumlah mahasiswa berpengaruh kuat secara positif sebesar 78% terhadap SRP Motor, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 22% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang lain dan Model yang didapatkan dari analisa regresi linier berganda adalah Y2 = 17,149 + 0.249 X3 memiliki nilai R2 0.952. menunjukkan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu satuan atas variabel X3, akan mempengaruhi Ysebesar 0,249. Koefisien determinasi yang dihasilkan menunjukkan nilai 0,952. Hal ini berarti variable jumlah mahasiswa berpengaruh kuat secara positif sebesar 95,2.% terhadap SRP Mobil, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 4,8 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang lain. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Kapasitas parkir mobil yang ada di Kampus Universitas Brawijaya pada saat ini yaitu sebesar 624 SRP, sedangkan untuk kapasitas sepeda motor yaitu sebesar 5.312SRP, dan kebutuhan ruang parkir mobil pada saat ini di Universitas Brawijaya yaitu sebesar 693 SRP, dan untuk kebutuhan ruang parkir sepeda motor yaitu sebesar 5.902 SRP.Guna memenuhi kebutuhan parkir untuk 5 tahun yang akan datang adalah dengan penyediaan alternatif gedung parkir di 5 kawasan, kawasan 1 meliputi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Fakultas Teknik, Program Kedokteran Hewan, Fakultas Hukum, kawasan 2 meliputi Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, kawasan 3 meliputi Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian, Fakultas Teknologi Informasi dan Ilmu Komputer, Fakultas Kedokteran, kawasan 4 meliputi Fakultas MIPA, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Fakultas Peternakan, dan kawasan 5 meliputi Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan, Fakultas Pertanian,dengan total SRPkeseluruhan untuk sepeda motor sebesar 1.405 SRP dengan luas parker sebesar 2.107,5m2 dan untuk kendaraan roda empat sebesar 35 SRP dengan luas lahan parkir sebesar 437,5 m2

English Abstract

An Increasing Number Of Students, Faculty And Staff That Occurred At Brawijaya University Will Produce A Number Of Traffic Movements Are Quite Large, Because Use Of Own Vehicle To Campus, So That Number Of Entering Vehicles Volume Resulting Difficulty In Obtaining Adequate Parking Place. refore, It Is Necessary To Study Current Parking Conditions And Need For Five Years To Come. This Study Was Aimed To Find Out What Existing Parking Capacity In Campus UB, Knowing What Parking Needs At Present Time, How Parking Needs Model For Parking Prediction Purposes For 5 Years To Come, And Make Recommendations To Parking Arrangement Of Five Years To Come. In Determining Used Variable Regression Model Is Number Of Staff, Number Of Students, And Number Of Lecturers. refore, Regression Model Set Is Variable X1; Number Of Staff, X2; Number Of Students, X3; Number Of Lecturers, Y1; SRP Motors, Y2; SRP Car. This Means That A Variable Number Of Students A Strong Influence Positively By 78% To SRP Motors, While Remaining 22% Are Influenced By O r Factors And Obtained Models From Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Was Y2 = 17.149 + 0,249X3 Has A Value Of R2 = 0.952 Indicates That Each Increase Of One Unit On Variable X3 Will Affect Y At 0.249. Coefficient Of Determination Was Generated Showing Value Of 0.952. This Means That A Variable Number Of Students A Strong Influence Positively By 95.2% Of SRP Car, While Remaining 4.8% Is Influenced By O r Factors. Results Of This Study Was Indicate That Capacity Of Existing Car Park At Brawijaya University Campus At This Time Amounted To 624 SRP, While Capacity Of Motorcycle Was 5,312 SRP, And Need For Car Parking Spaces At This Time At Brawijaya University At 693 SRP, And To Needs Of Motorcycle Parking Space That Is Equal To 5,902 SRP. In Order To Meet Parking Needs For Five Years To Come Up With An Alternative Provision Of A Parking Building In 5 Regions, One Region Includes Faculty Of Social Sciences And Political Science, Faculty Of Engineering, Veterinary Medicine Program, Faculty Of Law; Region 2 Includes Administrative Sciences Faculty, Faculty Of Economics And Business; Region 3 Includes Agricultural Technology Faculty, Faculty Of Information Technology And Computer Sciences, Faculty Of Medicine, Region 4 Covers Faculty Of Ma matics, Faculty Of Humanities, Faculty Farm, And Region 5 Includes Fisheries And Marine Science Faculty, Faculty Of Agriculture, With A Overall SRP Total For Motorcycles With An Area Of 1,405 SRP With Spacious Parking Of 2.107,5m2 And Parking For Fourwheeled Vehicles By 35 SRP With Wide Parking Area 437,5m2.
