Abstract

Pengaruh era globalisasi di Indonesia menuntut persaingan pada perusahaan, salah satunya Kontraktor di Kota Mataram sebagai perusahaan penyedia barang/jasa konstruksi. Peningkatan mutu melalui kinerja Kontraktor digunakan standar Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 yang berlaku secara internasional. Pengukuran kinerja Kontraktor melalui penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 dilakukan dengan mengukur aspek operasional, sumberdaya manusia, keuangan, dan pelanggan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada setiap aspek pengukuran dengan T-tes. Analisis regresi logistik digunakan untuk menentukan tingkat signifikansi antar variabel pengukuran. Hasil analisis didapatkan nilai t hitung t tabel , yaitu pada aspek operasional 12.089, aspek sumberdaya manusia 10.100, aspek keuangan 10.623, dan aspek pelanggan 11.464. Nilai t tabel sebesar 2.007 dengan rata-rata tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.00 0.05 (5%) yang menunjukkan kesuksesan pada kinerja Kontraktor terhadap penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008. Tingkat signifikansi pengaruh penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap kinerja Kontraktor berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik pada aspek operasional 0.029 0.05 (signifikan), aspek sumberdaya manusia 0.002 0.05 (signifikan), aspek keuangan 0.134 0.05 (tidak signifikan), dan aspek pelanggan 0.010 0.05 (signifikan).
