Abstract
Fenomena pirolisis cepat dalam reaktor fluidisasi shell persnel sawit seperti efek gas fluida suhu, gas fluidisasi kecepatan dan laju aliran massa biomassa pada hasil produk biomassa Pyrolsysis cepat yang diselidiki terhadap pendekatan Euler-Euler dalam pekerjaan. Suhu fluidisasi bervariasi 723, 743 dan 763k. Kecepatan gas fluidisasi bervariasi 0,059,0,088 dan 0,117 m / s. Laju aliran massa bervariasi 2,42, 3,63 dan 4,84 g / s. Hasil studi simulasi CFD adalah: suhu gas fluidisasi, kecepatan gas fluidisasi dan laju aliran massa biomassa adalah efek pada hasil produk biomassa Pyrolsysis cepat. Meningkatnya suhu gas fluidisasi menyebabkan peningkatan tar fraksi massal dan penurunan char fraksi massal dan gas. Pada suhu 763k, fraksi massa tar adalah 49,26%, fraksi massa karakter dan gas adalah 27,78% dan 22,96%. Meningkatkan kecepatan gas fluidisasi mengarah pada peningkatan tar dan mengurangi fraksi massa karakter dan gas sampai kecepatan 0,088m / s, setelah itu tren hasil produk pirolisis cepat adalah sebaliknya. Pada kecepatan 0,088m / s, fraksi massa tar, char dan gas adalah 50,09%, 27,06% dan 22,86%. Meningkatkan laju aliran massa biomassa adalah menyebabkan peningkatan fraksi massa tar dan mengurangi fraksi massa char dan gas. Pada laju aliran massa 4,84 g / s, fraksi massa tar, char dan gas adalah 50,36%, 26,89% dan 22,77%.
English Abstract
fast pyrolysis phenomena in fluidized bed reactor of Palm Kernel Shell such as effect of temperature fluidization gas, velocity fluidization gas and mass flow rate of biomass on product yield of fast pyrolysis PKS biomass were investigatedbased on Euler-Euler approach in this work . temperature of fluidization is varied of 723, 743 and 763K. velocity of fluidization gas is varied of 0.059,0.088 and 0.117 m/s. mass flow rate is varied of 2.42, 3.63 and 4.84 g/s. Result of CFD simulation studies is: temperature of fluidization gas, velocity of fluidization gas and mass flow rate of biomass is effect on product yield of fast pyrolysis PKS Biomass. increasing temperature of fluidization gas is lead to increasing of mass fraction tar and decreasing of mass fraction char and gas. At temperature 763K, mass fraction of tar is 49.26%, mass fraction of char and gas are 27.78% and 22.96%. increasing velocity of fluidization gas is lead to increasing tar and decreasing mass fraction of char and gas until velocity of 0.088m/s, after that trend of product yield fast pyrolysis is vice versa. At velocity 0.088m/s, mass fraction of tar, char and gas are 50.09%, 27.06% and 22.86%. increasing mass flow rate of biomass is lead to increasing mass fraction of tar and decreasing mass fraction of char and gas. At mass flow rate 4.84 g/s, mass fraction of tar, char and gas are 50.36%, 26.89% and 22.77%.
