Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh perceived organisasional support, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), serta peran komitmen organisasional dalam memediasi pengaruh antara perceived organisasional support dan kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB guru di SMA Pondok Pesantren di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dengan memberikan kuesioner pada seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 67 orang guru SMA Pondok Pesantren di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perceived organizational support tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, (2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap OCB, (3) Perceived organizational support berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, (4) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, (5) Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (6) Perceived organizational support berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui komitmen organisasional, dan (7) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui komitmen organisasional.
English Abstract
This study aims to find out and analyze effect of perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and role of organizational commitment in mediating influence between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction on OCB teachers in high school boarding school in Tulungagung. This study uses census method that is by giving a questionnaire to all population totaling 67 high school teachers of boarding school in Tulungagung which is n analyzed using partial least squares (PLS) approach. results shows that: (1) Perceived organizational support does not significantly influence organizational citizenship behavior, (2) job satisfaction influences OCB, (3) Perceived organizational support influences organizational commitment, (4) job satisfaction influences organizational commitment , (5) organizational commitment affects organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (6) Perceived organizational support influences organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment, and (7) job satisfaction influences organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment.
