Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan dan produktivitas karyawan di perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah staf dalam dewan penelitian dan pengembangan, pendidikan nasional Kementerian di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode pengambilan sampel sukarela, dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala tujuh poin. Penelitian ini memiliki ukuran sampel yang efektif dari 284 karyawan pemerintah. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan untuk analisis data. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa model dan sis hipo-nya signifikan.
English Abstract
purpose of this study is to explore relationships among organization culture, organizational commitment, employee`s performance and employee`s productivity in company. samples of this study are staffs in Board of Research and Development, Ministry National Education in Indonesia. Data was collected via voluntary sampling method, by using a questionnaire with seven point scale. This research has an effective sample size of 284 government employee. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used for data analysis. findings showed that model and its hypo sis are significant.
