Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh confidence benefits, social benefits, dan special treatment benefits pada klinik beauty skin care di kota Malang kaitannya dengan komitmen dan loyalitas pelanggan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah anggota ( member ) dari Miracle Aes tic Clinic, Erha Clinic, Natasha Skin Clinic Center, dan London Beauty Centre. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling dan analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur ( path analysis ). Hasilnya menunjukkan beberapa temuan, bahwa confidence benefits, social benefits, dan special treatment benefits dapat menimbulkan pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Confidence benefits dan social benefits juga dapat menimbulkan pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui komitmen. Tetapi tidak dengan special treatment benefits, karena special treatment benefits tidak dapat menimbulkan pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui komitmen. Namun, komitmen dapat menimbulkan pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan klinik beauty skin care di kota Malang.

English Abstract

This study analyzed effect of confidence benefits, social benefits, and special treatment benefits on beauty skin care clinic in Malang and its relation with commitment and customer loyalty. Population in this study are member at Miracle Aes tic Clinic, Erha Clinic, Natasha Skin Clinic Center, dan London Beauty Centre. sampling techniques is purposive sampling and its data analyzed with path analysis. results indicate several findings, that confidence benefits, social benefits, and special treatment benefits have influence on customer loyalty. Confidence benefits and social benefits have influence on customer loyalty through commitment. But not with special treatment benefits, because special treatment benefits may not cause influence on customer loyalty through commitment. However, commitment have influence on customer loyalty at beauty skin care clinic in Malang.
