Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aspek-aspek dukungan organisasi terhadap intrapreneurship karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) di Malang Raya serta adanya perbedaan tingkat intrapreneurship berdasarkan karakteristik personal dan pekerjaan. Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap Pegadaian di Malang Raya sebanyak 62 orang. Karena besarnya populasi tidak terlalu besar, maka digunakan metode sensus. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Independent Samples t- test , dan One Way ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa otonomi pengambilan keputusan dan penghargaan berbasis kinerja meningkatkan intrapreneurship karyawan, namun toleransi resiko cenderung menurunkan tingkat intrapreneurship . Di sisi lain, berdasarkan karakteristik personal dan pekerjaan, tidak ditemukan adanya perbedaan tingkat intrapreneurship karyawan.

English Abstract

This study aims to analyze influence of organizational support aspect on employees intrapreneurship of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Malang and to identify differences in level of intrapreneurship based on personal and job characteristics. Target population in this study were all permanent employees of Pegadaian in Malang by 62 people. Due to population is not too large, n use census method. Analysis of research data using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Independent Sample t-test, and One Way ANOVA. results showed that high level of autonomy of decision making and performance-based awards will increase employee intrapreneurship, but a high risk tolerance would decrease level of intrapreneurship. On o r hand, based on personal and work characteristics, re were no differences in level of employee intrapreneurship.
