Service industry has an important role in economical aspects of every country. In most competitive era like today, key to survival and success is providing a quality service. strict competitiveness causes many companies to focus on ir customer satisfaction. major factor which determines customer satisfaction in service industry is employees` behavior which relates directly to customers. Taking this as ir consideration, PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) branch of Surabaya city put giving best service as ir principal. Many organization leaders believe that customer satisfaction is based on satisfied employees` services. This research aims to examine influence of leadership style and organization culture to employees` performance and its impact on employees` satisfaction. In this research, population is amount 602 PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) employees, and sample consists of 85 employees which is taken using proportional random sampling and has been analyzed by Path Analysis . Based on this analysis and discussion on research data, several conclusions are reached. results data indicated that: (1) leadership style gives significant influence to employee job satisfaction (2) organizational culture gives significant influence to employees job satisfaction (3) leadership style gives indirect influence to employee job satisfaction through employee performance (4) organizational culture influence to employee job satisfaction indirectly through employee performance (5) leadership style and organizational culture give influence to employee job satisfaction through employee performance. A company should have a leader who apply coaching and supporting styles to ir employee with better in order to give m a pride to be employee in PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) branch of Surabaya city. This pride should be maintained n be increased through many ways such as: gives m extra reward to employee as long as possible. main factor that should be included is streng n organizational culture in order to enhance employee performance for cooperation between parts and need more controlling to prevent a fault in future. if company could did all of it, n employee`s satisfaction will be occurred and company`s purpose would be achieved easily.
