Abstract

Pelayanan teknis adalah bentuk upaya PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) Persero dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Pelayanan teknis untuk gangguan berfungsi optimal apabila setiap pengaduan dan keluhan pelanggan mampu terselesaikan baik dengan response time dan waktu pemulihan yang singkat. Untuk itu dikembangkan sistem DSS agar gangguan pelanggan dapat ditindaklanjuti secara cepat dan tepat oleh petugas pelaksana teknis PLN, serta memberikan gambaran kepada manager dalam bentuk dashboard guna memudahkan pengambilan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini pengelompokkan jenis gangguan, gejala gangguan, tools, proses penanganan gangguan dan variabel lain yang menunjang dalam proses penanganan gangguan digunakan Metode Group Techonology (GT). Proses analisis yang digunakan adalah Classification and Coding dan Hybrid Code atau Mixed. Decision Support System (DSS) dikembangkan berbasis website agar bisa diakses melalui internet. Dengan metode ini response time dan waktu pemulihan dapat ditingkatkan hingga 75 %. Hasil validasi yang dilakukan pada sistem menunjukkan rata - rata tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 99%.

English Abstract

Technical services is an effort by PT. State Electricity Company (PLN) Limited in order to improve service to customers. Technical services for interference function optimally if every customer complaints and grievances ei r able to be resolved with response time and recovery time is short. For DSS system is developed so that interference customers can quickly and appropriately acted upon by technical officers of PLN, as well as providing an overview to managers in form of dashboards to facilitate decision-making. In this study, grouping types of disorders, symptoms, tools, processes and interrupt handling o r variables that support process of distrubed-used method Technology Group (GT). process of analysis is Classification and Coding and Hybrid Code or Mixed. Decision Support System (DSS) is developed based website that can be accessed through internet. With this method response time and recovery time can be increased up to 75%. tests conducted on system show average - average success rate of 99%.
