Abstract

World Wide Web (www) mampu mengubah pola kehidupan masyarakat. Dalam dunia bisnis, teknologi ini membantu mengembangkan bisnis agar bisa meraih pasar yang lebih luas dikarenakan internet tidak terkendala batasan jarak maupun waktu. Sayangnya, e-business hanya bisa menampilkan website sebagai sarana berkomunikasi dengan konsumennya. Maka, muncul kebutuhan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang membuat orang suka mengunjungi website tertentu. Isu ini menjadi hal krusial karena menarik pengunjung merupakan salah satu cara supaya bisa bertahan. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel yang digunakan untuk menilai Attitude towar d Site adalah Informativeness , Enjoyment , Vividness , Navigation dan Interactivity . Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 79 responden yang diambil dengan cara mengirimkan kuesioner melalui e-mail kepada web visitors Bola.net. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan alat bantu SPSS 14.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Informativeness , Vividness , Navigation dan Interactivity masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang tidak sognifikan terhadap Attitude toward Site serta Informativeness juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Website ` s Loyalty , sedangkan Enjoyment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude toward Site serta Attitude toward Site berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Website ` s Loyalty .

English Abstract

Along with development of World Wide Web (www) in Internet, human life style tends to change. And so does business life. This technology can assist to develop ongoing business so that it can reach a wider market. It is because Internet does not have any hampers in geographical limitations or time, which usually become such problems in real world. However, re are some problems in making use of this technology. One of m is that e-business can only perform a website as a communication tool with its consumers. Attracting consumers ` attention in Internet, with very high competition, is somehow not easy. refore, lately appears requirements from such people who concerned about it, such as business managers, to know what factors making people are eager to visit or use such website. This issue becomes a crucial thing for online industry because attracting visitors is one of ways to stand on it. In this research, variables which are used to evaluate attitude toward site are content ` s informativeness, website ` s enjoyment, website ` s vividness, website ` s navigation and website ` s interactivity. This research took a sample of 79 respondents which has visited Bola.net at least 3 times. sampling technique was by delivering questionnaires by email through web visitors. SPSS 14.0 is used to analysis data. result of this research shows that Content ` s informativeness did not give any significant influence to Attitude toward site, website ` s enjoyment influenced attitude toward site significantly, website ` s vividness did not give any significant influence to attitude toward site, website ` s navigation did not give any significant influence to attitude toward site, website interactivity did not give any significant influence to attitude toward site, content ` s informativeness did not give any significant influence to website ` s loyalty and attitude toward site has significant influence toward website ` s loyalty.
