Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan teknologi informasi, persepsi manfaat teknologi informasi dan minat menggunakan teknologi informasi terhadap perilaku penggunaan teknologi informasi oleh dosen di Universitas Pattimura – Ambon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian penjelasan ( explanatory research ). Populasi penelitian ini adalah dosen Universitas Pattimura Ambon berjumlah 897 orang. Sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 277 orang, penentuan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis faktor dan Analisis jalur ( path Analisis ) . Hasil analalis membuktikan bahwa di Universitas Pattimura, budaya organisasi yang dibentuk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan teknologi informasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi manfaat teknologi informasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan teknologi informasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifkan terhadap perilaku penggunaan teknologi informasi. Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan teknologi informasi, persepsi manfaat teknologi informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan teknologi informasi dan minat menggunakan teknologi informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku penggunaan teknologi informasi.
English Abstract
This research is to analyze influence of organization culture, perceived ease of use in information technology, perceived usefulness in information technology and behavioral intention to use of using information technology towards behavior usefulness of information technology by lecturer at Pattimura University – Ambon. This research purpose is explanatory research. population of this research is lecturer at Pattimura University which contain of 897 people. Sample which chose contain of 277 people, determination sample using probability method sampling with simple technique of random sampling. Data analysis techniques in this research using factor analysis and path analysis. analysis result prove that at Pattimura University, cultural organization which have been formed significant influence towards perceived ease of use in information technology, organization culture significant influence towards perceived usefulness in information technology and organization culture significant influence towards behavioral intention to use information technology. Perceived ease of use information technology significant influence towards perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use information technology significant influence towards intention to use information technology, perceived usefulness using information technology significant influence towards intention to use information technology and usefulness of using information technology significant influence towards useful behavior of information technology.
