Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti, menguji, dan mengkaji pengaruh knowledge management terhadap inovasi, implementasi strategi dan kinerja organisasi pada RS lavalette Malang Studi dilakukan pada Rumah Sakit (RS) Lavalette di Malang, dengan responden seluruh karyawan RS lavalette. Dari 176 angket yang disebar, sebanyak 168 angket kembali. Data diambil menggunakan metode survei langsung dengan instrumen angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan Partial Least Square ( PLS). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa knowledge management terutama knowledge utilization berpengaruh terhadap inovasi dan implementasi strategi namun inovasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil menarik dari penelitian ini adalah terbukti pengaruh knowledge management secara langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi lebih kecil nilainya dibanding, pengaruh knowledge management terhadap kinerja organisasi yang dimediasi oleh implementasi strategi. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa, knowledge management terutama knowledge utillization bukan sebagai penentu utama keberhasilan kinerja organisasi, namun keberadaannya merupakan input penting dari implementasi strategi, dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi.

English Abstract

This study aims to examine, test, and evaluate influence of knowledge management on innovation, implementation strategy and organizational performance on Lavalette Hospital. studies conducted at Lavalette Hospital in Malang, with respondents all employees RS Lavalette. questionnaires were distributed to 176 participants. 168 questionnaires returned. Data collected using a survey method directly with questionnaires. analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS). Research shows that knowledge management is mainly knowledge utilization has effect on innovation and implementation strategies but innovation does not affect on organizational performance. An interesting result of this research is shown to influence knowledge management directly to organizational performance is smaller in value than, influence of knowledge management on organizational performance mediated by implementation of strategy. se results indicate that, knowledge management, especially knowledge utilization not a major determinant of success of organizations performance, but its presence is an important input from implementation of strategy, in order to improve organizational performance.
