Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Knowledge Management dan Organizational Learning terhadap Organizational Effectiveness perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pengaruh Knowledge Management terhadap Organizational Effectiveness karyawan, serta pengaruh Knowledge Management terhadap Organizational Effectiveness karyawan PT.Surya Madistrindo melalui Organizational Learning . Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 73 responden sebagai karyawan PT.Surya Madistrindo Malang. Data diambil menggunakan metode survei langsung dengan instrumen angket. Dari 73 angket yang disebar, sebanyak 54 angket kembali atau dengan tingkat pengembalian 74%. Analisis jalur digunakan untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Temuan penelitian adanya pengaruh positif Knowledge Management terhadap Organizational Effectiveness bahwa aktivitas Knowledge Management yang sudah cukup baik ternyata belum mampu untuk mencapai keefektifan organisasi sesuai dengan yang diharapkan secara langsung di PT. Surya Madistrindo. Juga ditemukan pengaruh Knowledge Management pada Organizational Learning yang akhirnya akan berdampak pada pencapaian Organizational Effectiveness .

English Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain influence of Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning on Organizational Effectiveness company. This study reveals influence of Knowledge Management on Organizational Effectiveness employees, as well as influence of Knowledge Management on Organizational Effectiveness Organizational employees PT.Surya Madistrindo through Learning. Sample size was 73 respondents as employees PT. Surya Madistrindo Malang. Data retrieved using direct survey method with a questionnaire instrument. questionnaires were distributed to 73 participants. Of returned surveys, 54 questionnaires were fully completed. response rate was 74 percent. This research used a path analysis model to test hypo sis. Research findings show that Organizational Knowledge has positive effect on Knowledge Management. On o r hand, Knowledge Management is not yet able to achieve Organizational Effectiveness as PT. Surya Madistrindo expectation. Also found influence of Knowledge Management on Organizational Learning which will ultimately have an impact on achievement of Organizational Effectiveness.
