Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguir dampak manajemen pengetahuan, organisasi belajar, dan organisasi pendidikan terhadap kinerja organisasi di universitas Brawijaya. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Vntuk memperoleh datajigvrakan Sebuah kuesioner empat dimensi dengan 41 item yang disiapkan dan dibagikan kepada target studi (140) karyawan administrasi di universitas Brawijaya. Metode amalisis data yang digvnaluam adalul structural Egualir madeling. Hasil analisis juga menginformasikan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara manajemen pengetahuan dan organisasi pendidikan, dan organisasi pendidikan dan organisasi pembelajaran. Dan tidak ada efek negatif yang signifikan pada organisasi pendidikan, di mana manajemen pengetahuan, manajemen pengetahuan yang lebih kuat secara langsung dan tidak ada efek negatif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, organisasi belajar secara langsung dan tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan bahwa organisasi belajar secara langsung dan tidak signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi, di mana organisasi belajar yang lebih kuat cenderung untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi.

English Abstract

This study aims to investigate impact of knowledge management, learning organization, and education organization on organization performance at University of Brawijaya. Quantitative method was applied to conduct this study. A questionnaire of four dimensions with 41 items was distributed to sample target of 140 administrative employees at University of Brawijaya. Structural Equation modeling was used to analyze data. results show that re are positive relationships between knowledge management and education organization, learning organization and education organization, as well as education organization and learning organization. And no significant negative effect on education organization, where stronger knowledge management, knowledge management directly and no significant negative effect on organization performance, learning organization directly and not significant positive effect on organization performance, and that learning organization directly and not significant positive effect on organization performance, in which stronger learning organization tend to improve organization performance.
