Abstract
Persaingan perbankan saat ini semakin kompetitif. Persaingan terlihat dari agresifnya bank-bank menciptakan dan melakukan berbagai strategi. Strategi bersaing yang menjadi kekuatan atau kompetensi inti dari suatu bank harus selalu ditingkatkan untuk mendapat keunggulan bersaing sehingga menunjang kinerja perusahaannya. Penelitian ini hendak mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel keunggulan bersaing yang meliputi; biaya, kualitas, waktu, dan fleksibilitas terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dengan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan Balanced Scorecard ( BSC), serta menganalisis faktor keunggulan bersaing yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan variabel keunggulan bersaing yaitu biaya, kualitas, waktu, dan fleksibilitas terhadap kinerja perusahaan. (2) Menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial variabel keunggulan bersaing yaitu biaya, kualitas, waktu, dan fleksibilitas terhadap kinerja perusahaan. (3) Menganalisis variabel keunggulan bersaing yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini yaitu kuesioner dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kantor unit layanan PT. Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk Wilayah Karesidenan Malang, dengan sampel semua anggota populasi (sensus) sebanyak 30 kantor unit layanan. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu 30 pemimpin kantor unit layanan PT. Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk Wilayah Karesidenan Malang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang pertama menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan yang kedua menggunakan analisis statistik inferensial melalui metode analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel keunggulan bersaing yang meliputi: biaya, kualitas, waktu, dan fleksibilitas berpengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Variabel-variabel keunggulan bersaing yang meliputi: biaya, kualitas, waktu, dan fleksibilitas berpengaruh parsial terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Variabel kualitas berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

This research to knew an influence variables of competitive advantage: cost, quality, time, and flexibility which to corporate performance, corporate performance based on Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach and analysis factor that dominantly influence to corporate performance. goals of this research that were: (1) Analysis an influence simultaneously competitive advantage variables such as cost, quality, time, and flexibility to corporate performance. (3) Analysis competitive advantage variables that dominantly influence to corporate performance. instrument of data collection uses questionare and interview. population of this research were all service units of PT. Bank BNI in residency Malang. sample were all population member (sensus research), 30 all service units. respondent of this research that were 30 leaders all service units of PT. Bank BNI in residency Malang. Methodology data analysis was done by using descriptive statistic analysis and inferencial statistic with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. result explained that of competitive advantage variables such as cost, quality, time, and flexibility had an influence simultaneously to corporate performance. competitive advantage variables such as cost, quality, time, and flexibility had an influence partially to corporate performance. quality dominantly influence to corporate performance.
