Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan studi yang menguji tentang pengaruh variabel komitmen organisasi dan variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Riau. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Riau, (2) pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Riau dan (3) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Riau yang berjumlah sebanyak 130 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan metode sensus dimana semua pegawai dijadikan sampel dikurangi peneliti dan seorang pegawai yang dalam kondisi sakit sehingga jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 128 orang. Hasil penelitian menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 15 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel komitmen organisasi (komitmen afektif, komitmen continuance dan komitmen normatif) dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Riau dengan koefisien determinasi ( R Square ) sebesar 0.174 atau 17,4%. Secara parsial variabel komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja juga mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Riau.
English Abstract
This study aims at verifying effect of organizational commitment and working motivation on employee performance in Bulog of Riau region. objectives of study are to find out: (1) simultaneous effect of organization commitment and working motivation on employees performance in Bulog of Riau region. (2) effect of organizational commitment on employee performance in Bulog of Riau region and (3) effect of working motivation on employees performance in Bulog of Riau region. population of study is 130 employees of Bulog of Riau region. sample was taken using census method in which all employees were regarded as sample except researcher himself and one employee who was sick on day of sample taking (128 people). analysis used SPSS program of windows for version 15. findings of study shows that organizational commitment variables (affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment) and working motivation variable simultaneously give significant and positive influence on performance of employees of Bulog of Riau region. Partially organization variable and working performance variable also give significant influence on working performance of employees of Bulog of Riau region.
