Abstract
Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh faktor institusional yang terdiri dari tekanan mimetic , tekanan coercive dan tekanan normative terhadap minat Pemerintah Kabupaten Parigi Moutong untuk mengadopsi software SIAKD yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah Pusat, dengan dimoderasi oleh variabel kompleksitas sistem. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang menduduki jabatan sebagai unsur pimpinan dalam lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) yang digunakan untuk menguji adanya interaksi variabel moderasi dalam persamaan regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor institusional yang dimoderasi oleh variabel kompleksitas sistem secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap minat adopsi SIAKD. Hasil pengujian juga menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, dari tiga faktor institusional, tekanan mimetic dan tekanan normative berpengaruh terhadap minat untuk mengadopsi software SIAKD, sedangkan faktor coercive tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat untuk mengadopsi software SIAKD. Hasil pengujian juga menunjukkan bahwa adanya variabel kompleksitas sistem akan memperkuat pengaruh tekanan mimetic terhadap minat untuk software SIAKD yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah Pusat.
English Abstract
This research examine effect of institutional factors which consist of mimetic pressure, coercive pressure and normative pressure on interest of Parigi Moutong County Government to adopt a SIAKD software developed by Central Government which moderated by system complexity. Population in this research is all employees who occupy leadership positions as an element within Parigi Moutong County Government. method of analysis used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) used to test interaction which is moderation in multiple regression equation. test results indicated that three institutional factors which moderated by complexity of system variables jointly positive effect on interest of SIAKD adoption. test results also indicate that partially, of three institutional factors, mimetic pressure and normative pressure effect on interest to adopt software SIAKD, while coercive factor did not affect willingness to adopt of SIAKD software. test results also show that complexity factor of system will streng n influence of mimetic pressures on interest to adopt SIAKD software developed by Central Government.
