Abstract

Daerah Irigasi Kosinggolan tersebar di Dataran Dumoga dan mempunyai luas potensial 5381 ha dan areal fungsional irigasi saat ini 3865 ha. Setelah beroperasi kurang lebih 28 tahun Bendung Kosinggolan mengalami penurunan debit yang berpengaruh pada hasil produksi pertanian. Karena keterbatasan debit maka irigasi Kosinggolan melaksanakan pemberian air irigasi dengan sistem golongan yang dibagi dalam tiga periode tanam. Optimasi Linier dan Analisa Sensitivitas pada Irigasi Kosinggolan menggunakan fasilitas Solver yang ada pada Microsoft Excel. Berdasarkan hasil analisa optimasi yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil luas tanaman padi dan palawija optimum pada kondisi kering, kondisi rendah, kondisi normal dan kondisi cukup antara 1450 ha – 3865 ha. Sedangkan hasil keuntungan maksimum pada kondisi kering, kondisi rendah, kondisi normal dan kondisi cukup antara Rp.11.133.750.357,00 sampai Rp.33.200.350.000,00. Untuk hasil Analisa Sensitivitas diperoleh hasil luas lahan sensitif pada kondisi kering, kondisi rendah, kondisi normal dan kondisi cukup antara 0 - 9307 ha.

English Abstract

Irrigation Area KosinggolanDumoga scattered plains and has potentially broad functional area of 5381 ha and 3865 ha of irrigation at this time. After 28 years in operation Kosinggolan weir discharge decreased effect on agricultural production. Due to limitations of irrigation discharge Kosinggolan implement provision of irrigation water with class system is divided into three periods of planting. Linear Optimization and Sensitivity Analysis on Irrigation Kosinggolan are using existing facilities Solver in Microsoft Excel. Based on results of optimization analysis conducted extensive results obtained optimum rice and pulses crops in dry conditions , condition of low , normal conditions and sufficient conditions between 1450 ha - 3865 ha . While maximum profit results under dry conditions , condition of low , normal conditions and sufficient conditions between Rp.11.133.750.357,00 to Rp.33.200.350.000,00. Sensitivity Analysis of results obtained for results of land area is sensitive to dry conditions, condition of low, normal conditions and sufficient conditions between 0-9307 ha.
