Abstract
Pengkajian lendutan dan lebar retak dari teori klasik sampai saat ini terus berkembang, dengan tujuan untuk meminimalisir lendutan dan lebar retak yang terjadi. Adapun maksud penelitian ini untuk melihat apakah dengan penambahan serat baja dan peningkatan rasio tulangan dapat meminimalisir lendutan dan lebar retak yang ada. Pengujian ini menggunakan balok beton bertulang dengan ukuran 15cm x 25cm x 180cm diletakkan di atas tumpuan sederhana. Pengujian dilakukan bertahap setiap 108kg sampai lelehnya tulangan. Peningkatan serat 0%, 1,57%, 3,14%, dan 4,71%. Peningkatan rasio tulangan yang dilakukan 2 Æ 10, 2 Æ 12, 2 Æ 14. Selain melihat hasil pengujian, dilakukan juga perbandingan terhadap rumus peneliti dan aturan yang telah ada. Berdasarkan penambahan serat maksimum 4,71% mendapatkan penurunan kuat tekan sebesar 2%, penurunan modulus rupture 2,54%, kuat tarik mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,27%. Besarnya perbedaan lendutan rata-rata antara hasil eksperimen dengan rumusan AS 3600-200, Branson, dan ACI 440 sebesar mempunyai besaran perbedaan rata-rata 51,75%, 74,25% dan 76,41% pada penulangan dimensi 10. Pada penulangan 12 mempunyai perbedaan rata-rata lendutan terhadap eksperimen sebesar 54,89%, 73,94% dan 82,26%. Sedangkan pada penulangan 14 mempunyai perbedaan rata-rata lendutan terhadap eksperimen sebesar 54%, 75,32% dan 86,55%. Perbedaan lebar retakan maksimum rata-rata antara hasil eksperimen dengan rumusan Balasz dan Venkateswarlu sebesar 69,29% dan 70,03% pada penulangan dimensi 10. Pada penulangan 12 mempunyai perbedaan rata-rata lebar retak sebesar 7,65% dan 43,54%. Pada penulangan 14 mempunyai perbedaan rata-rata lebar retak hasil eksperimen sebesar 69,53% dan 11,09%, terhadap rumusan menurut Balasz dan Venkateswarlu. Perbandingan harga pada beton 0% terhadap beton tambahan serat sebesar 4,71% terlihat adanya peningkatan harga sebesar 106,48%.
English Abstract
Assessment of deflection and width crack of classical ory recently developing, with aim to minimize deflection and width crack is happening. purpose of this research to see whe r addition of steel fibers and increase in ratio of reinforcement to minimize deflection and width cracks of existing. This test using reinforced concrete beams with a size of 15cm x 25cm x 180cm placed on a pedestal simple. Testing is done gradually of 108kg up to yield each reinforcement. Comparison of price on Concrete 0% for concrete fiber supplement of 4.71% seen an increase in price of 106.48%.
