Abstract
Otonomi daerah yang lebih luas menyebabkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Jember menjadi lebih mandiri, relatif tanpa bantuan pemerintah pusat . Semakin meningkatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi pada suatu daerah maka konsumsi energi listrik juga akan semakin meningkat. Pemenuhan kebutuhan energi listrik pada suatu daerah diperlukan perencanaan sistem tenaga listrik yang tepat. Penelitian ini mengembangkan suatu model sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk penentuan kebutuhan beban listrik jangka panjang di kabupaten Jember. Model SPK terdiri atas subsistem peramalan beban puncak listrik jangka panjang menggunakan metode jaringan syaraf tiruan (JST) backpropagation dan subsistem penentuan lokasi penempatan trafo distribusi menggunakan metode Technique For O rs Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peramalan beban puncak listrik menggunakan JST backropagation memiliki rata-rata Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 17,09%, sedangkan nilai preferensi terbesar untuk pemilihan lokasi penempatan trafo distribusi menggunakan metode TOPSIS menghasilkan nilai sebesar 0,5000237167 yaitu lokasi Sukorambi.
English Abstract
Greater regional autonomy led to revenue (PAD) Jember became more independent, without help of central government relative. increasing economic growth in an area, electrical energy consumption will also increase. Electrical energy needs of an area power system planning needed right. This study develops a model of decision support system (DSS) for determination of long-term electricity load demand in Jember district. DSS model subsystem consists of forecasting long-term electricity peak load using artificial neural networks (ANN) backpropagation and placement location determination subsystem distribution transformers using methods Technique For O rs Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). results showed that peak electric load forecasting using ANN backropagation has an average Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 17.09%, while largest preference value for selection of location of placement of distribution transformers using TOPSIS method produces a value of 0.5000237167 is location Sukorambi .
