Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh spiritualitas di tempat kerja terhadap turnover intention perawat melalui komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksplanatori research dengan pendekatan cross sectional . Sampel adalah Perawat yang telah bekerja selama satu tahun lebih di Rumah Sakit Islam Unisma Malang sebanyak 89 perawat. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling (sensus). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan path analysis menunjukkan bahwa spiritualitas di tempat kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komimen organisasional dengan koefisien path (β) 0,828 dan p value 0,000, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention dengan koefisien path (β) -0,565 dan p value 0,000, spiritualitas di tempat kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention perawat dengan koefisien path (β) -0,247 dan p value 0,011 dan spiritualitas di tempat kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap turnover intention perawat melalui komitmen organisasional dengan koefisien path (β) -0,544 dan p value 0,000.

English Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of spirituality in the workplace against the turnover intention of nurses through organizational commitment. This study used an explanatory research design with cross sectional approach. The sample was nurses who have been working for over a year in the Islamic Hospital Unisma Malang many as 89 nurses. The sampling method using the total sampling (census). The results of hypothesis testing using path analysis showed that spirituality in the workplace has a positive effect on organizational commitment to perform the path coefficients (β) 0,828 and p 0,000, organizational commitment negatively affect turnover intention with path coefficients (β) -0,565 and p value 0,000, spirituality in the workplace negatively affects turnover intention of nurses with path coefficients (β) -0.247 and p value 0,011 and spirituality in the workplace is not a direct effect on turnover intention of nurses through organizational commitment to the path coefficients (β) -0,544 and p value 0,000.
