Abstract
Dalam tesis ini dimaksudkan untuk membahas masalah nilai awal untuk persamaan gelombang di ruang dua dan tiga dimensi. Persamaan gelombang memunculkan operator paling representatif antara persamaan hiperbolik. Oleh karena itu, dalam tesis ini kami akan menemukan ekspresi untuk solusi persamaan gelombang di dua dan tiga ruang dimensi dengan menggunakan metode Fourier Transform.
English Abstract
In this thesis is intended to discuss initial value problems for a wave equations in two and three dimensional spaces.The wave equation gives rise to the most representative operator among of hyperbolic equations. Therefore, in this thesis we will find expressions for solutions the wave equation in two and three dimensional spaces by using the Fourier transform method.
