Abstract
Perpindahan ibu kota sementara dari Ternate ke Sofifi telah menyebabkan tingginya permintaan jasa transportasi penyeberangan dua pulau tersebut. Sehingga tentunya akan menambah jadwal operasi penyeberangan. Hal ini disebabkan karena kondisi sarana dan prasarana yang tidak berubah yang akan berpengaruh pada pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Faktor keamanan, kenyamanan dan keselamatan merupakan indikator utama dalam pemilihan transportasi penyeberangan yang dilatarbelakangi oleh tingkat sosial ekonomi masyarakat Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis mengenai status sosial ekomoni terhadap pemilihan transportasi penyeberangan Ternate – Sofifi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifiksi karakteristik penggunaan moda, menganalisa pengaruh faktor status sosial ekonomi, mengidentifikasi dan menyusun arahan perbaikan pelayanan transportasi penyeberangan Speed Boat dan Kapal Ferry dengan tujuan Ternate-Sofifi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Stated Preference dengan logit binomial dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa karakteristik pengguna angkutan penyeberangan Speed Boat dan Kapal Ferry yaitu: Tujuan Perjalanan sebagian besar adalah perjalanan dinas untuk Speed boat dan urusan keluarga untuk pengguna Kapal Ferry. Dari segi penghasilan kedua pengguna moda ini berpenghasilan Rp. 1.000.000 – 3.000.000 dan alasan memilih angkutan penyeberangan Speed Boat adalah waktu tempuh sebesar 45% dan biaya yang relatif murah untuk Kapal ferry sebesar 68%. Didapat persamaan model pemilihan moda yaitu: ( U Speed Boat – U Kapal Ferry ) = -9.145 – 0.00008105X 1 – 0.031X 2 + 0.601X 3 dengan atribut X 1 =Selisih biaya perjalanan, X 2 =Selisih waktu tempuh perjalanan, X 3 =Selisih jadwal keberangkatan. Hasil pengukuran presentase pengaruh semua atribut (R 2 ) diperoleh 43.1%. Hasil penggambaran pada diagram analisis SWOT, posisi pada kuadran II (negatif, positif), artinya posisi ini menandakan bahwa perusahaan menghadapi peluang pasar yang sangat besar, tetapi di lain pihak perusahaan menghadapi bebeapa kendala atau kelemahan internal. Untuk itu diperlukan perbaikan, penataan dan perhatian lebih sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien dengan mempertimbangkan potensi wilayah misalnya penambahan jumlah armada, peningkatan sumber daya manusia pengelola transportasi dan mengatur ulang jadwal keberangkatan.
English Abstract
Displacement of the temporary capital of Ternate to Sofifi has led to high demand for transport services crossing the two islands. So of course its will be add to the operating schedule crossings. This is because the condition of facilities and infrastructure that have not changed that will impact on service to the community. Factor of safety, comfort and safety is a key indicator in the selection of transport crossing motivated by socio-economic levels of society.Factor of safety, comfort and safety is a key indicator in the selection of transport crossing motivated by socioeconomic conditions is therefore required an analysis of the economy social status to the selection of transport crossing Ternate to Sofifi. This study aimed to identify the characteristics of the use of the types, to analyze the influence of socioeconomic status identify and arrange referral transport service improvements ferry crossings and speed boat which aims ternate to Sofifi. The method used in this study is Stated Preference with binomial logit and SWOT analysis. The research results show that users ferry transport characteristics and Speed Boat namely: Destinations mostly for official travel speed boat and a family affair for Ferry users. In terms of both income users of this type income Rp. 1.000.000 – 3.000.000 and the reasons for choosing Speed Boat and ferry transport is the travel time by 45% and the cost is relatively inexpensive for the ferry by 68%. Types of choice model equations obtained is: ( U Speed Boat – U Ferry Ship ) = -9145 - 0.00008105X1 - 0.031X2 + 0.601X3 with attributes X 1 =Difference in travel cost, X 2 =Difference in travel time, X 3 = Difference scheduled departure. The results of the percentage of measurement influences all the attributes (R 2 ) obtained 43.1%. The results of SWOT analysis diagram depiction of the position in quadrant III (negative, positive), meaning that this position indicates that the company is facing a huge market opportunity, but on the other hand considerably between companies face internal obstacles or weaknesses. It required repair, the arrangement and attention so as to provide effective and efficient services to consider potential areas for example the addition of the fleet, improving human resources manager of transportation and reset the scheduled departure.
