Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengguna moda transportasi pesawat Udara di Bandara Abdulrachman Saleh Malang dan di Bandara Juanda Surabaya, mengetahui pengaruh faktor aksesibiltas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap pemilihan Bandara dengan mengunakan moda transportasi udara di Bandara Abdulrachman Saleh Malang dan di Bandara Juanda Surabaya serta mengetahui model pemilihan Bandara antara Bandara Abdulrachman Saleh Malang dan Bandara Juanda Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Stated Preference. Hasil metode Importance Performance Analysis didapatkan pengaruh faktor aksesibilitas dan kualitas pelayanan di Bandara Abdulrachamn Saleh Malang dipengaruhi 8 (delapan) faktor dengan kinerja rendah dengan kepentingan tinggi, yaitu ruang tunggu yang luas, kebersihan ruang tunggu dan area bandara, suhu udara ruang tunggu, Jumlah Tempat duduk ruang tunggu, luas ruang check in, waktu pelayanan di antrian check in, fasilitas penunjang bandara, adanya cctv di area parkir bandara. Di Bandara Juanda Surabaya di pengaruhi 5 (lima) faktor yang kinerjanya kurang baik yaitu ongkos menuju Bandara, harga tiket pesawat, kemudahan menuju Bandara, waktu tempuh menuju Bandara, tersedianya angkutan umum menuju Bandara, sedangkan model probabilitas Berdasar atribut biaya perjalanan adalah P BMlg = ,P Bsby =1- P BMlg, model probabilitas, berdasarkan atribut frekuensi perjalanan adalah P BMlg = P BSby =1-P BMlg, model berdasarkan biaya perjalanan dan frekuensi perjalanan P BMlg = P BSby = 1- P BMlg Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikankepada pihak pengelola Bandara Abdulrachman Saleh Malang adalah, diharapkan untuk menambah frekuensi penerbangan, dan menambah kompetitor sehingga terjadi persaingan yang sehat baik dari segi tarif dan kualitas pelayanan antar maskapai penerbangan. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di Bandara, mengingat semakin tinggi frekuensi penerbangan dan kualitas pelayanan yang baik, maka probabilitas masyarakat Malang Raya beralih menggunakan Bandara Abdulrachman Saleh Malang akan semakin besar.

English Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the characteristics of the user plane the mode of air transportation Abdulrachman Saleh Airport in Malang and Surabaya Juanda Airport, know the influence of the accessibility and quality of services to the selection of service by using air transportation Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport in Malang and Surabaya Juanda Airport and identify model election Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport Airport between Malang and Surabaya Juanda Airport. The method used in this study is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Stated Preference. The results obtained Importance Performance Analysis of factors influence the accessibility and quality of services in service Abdulrachamn Saleh Malang affected 8 (eight) factors with low performance with high interest, namely a spacious waiting area, waiting room cleanliness and the airport area, waiting room air temperature, Total Points sitting waiting room, spacious living room check-in, service time in the queue to check in, airport support facilities, their cctv airport parking area, Juanda Airport in Surabaya influenced 5 (five) factors whose performance is not good that the cost to the airport, ticket , ease towards the airport, travel time to the airport, the availability of public transportation to the airport, while the probability model based P BMlg = , P Bsby =1- P BMlg , probability model, based on the attributes of the trip frequency is P BMlg = P BSby = 1- P BMlg , models based on the cost of travel and trip frequency is P BMlg = P BSby = 1- P BMlg Recommendations can be given to the organizer Abdul RachmanSaleh Airport is expected to increase flight frequencies, and add competitors resulting in healthy competition both in terms of tariffs and quality of service between the airline. Improved quality of service at the airport, given the higher frequency of flights and quality of service is good, then the probability of society Malang Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport switch using Malang will be even greater.
